a few months and I am generally satisfied with it. The quality of the meat is really there: everything is fresh, well cut and the products are carefully selected. There is a wide variety of meats, whether classics like chicken, beef, or rarer options specific to kosher cuisine. This is a real plus for those looking to diversify their meals.
The staff is always welcoming, ready to give advice and help you in your choices. It's nice to see such attentive service, which is quite rare in some butcher shops.
The only slight drawback, in my opinion, remains the prices, which are a little high compared to other butchers. That said, the quality of the meat justifies this difference. You can really feel the difference in the taste and texture. In summary, it is a top quality butcher's shop, ideal for those looking for authentic and well-prepared products, even if this may represent a certain budget.

Pretty disappointed.
The packaging was super misleading—“with beef” was in tiny print under “lamb ground beef.” Unless you walk around with a magnifying glass, you’d think it’s 100% lamb. I only realized after tasting it, and something was definitely off—it had a weird, almost fishy taste, nothing like real lamb.
Honestly, it felt like they mixed in old beef, which is pretty concerning. Not the quality or transparency I’d expect from a butcher. Won’t be back.

Good quality meats, fair prices, and good service. They used to have a deli counter and sandwiches back in the day, though it seems they no longer do that at this time. Good items.

We are an independent, family-owned farm located in Lancaster, PA and have sold our own cattle to this butcher shop for them to sell in their store. After doing business with them for a few months, they stopped paying and now owe us a tremendous amount of money and will not pay. The beef you are buying has not been paid for. They can not be trusted.
