Nothing but praise for Onessa here. I called in a panic because I was having trouble finding a new renter's insurance policy as none of the other carriers I had called (Stillwater & AAA) would offer me a month-to-month policy as I needed an extra month on my renter's insurance due to my lease duration being 12 and a half months, whereas generally renter's insurance policies are preset for a year only. She was able to set me up with a policy with a non-recurring monthly payment and told me I could cancel at any time when I had moved out. Textbook definition of quick and painless. I would definitely reach out to them again if I had any insurance needs.
