I had a very bad experience with a store in Brooklyn. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. Arrived late or didn’t arrive at all.

My experience with decor player was actually very pleasant. I received a vanity mirror that had a defect in it. I took pictures and emailed them. They had it replaced and I only had to pay for the shipping cost.
