  • "The customer service here is minimal. No one was available to seat us when we first entered even though the restaurant was empty. The food tasted fine but the portion size was small and some of it was cold although it should have been hot. Don't forget to bring a sweater when coming here because this place is freezing!! I had to order a hot coffee in the summer because I was too cold to drink iced coffee. I definitely will not be visiting this place anytime soon."
  • "Went there at 10:00am. The food was good but service was very slow and seemed that he didn't want to be there. He was not very attentive towards us. Never asked if we wanted anything else. Good customer service is what keeps the company in business and the workers employed. Need better training and supervision. Won't be coming back. ☹️"
  • "Nice and clean place. Decent wait time on food in a small group. Booths are roomy and apart enough to not hear/interrupt others."
  • "Very nice but sometime there a lot of people and it takes a very long time"
  • "Avoid this place at all costs. Look at these hooligans. They spent 1.5 hours loudly gossiping and using profanity in front of children. The hostess (pictured with the spacebuns and dreds) found what she believed to be human feces on a chair and instead of cleaning it or having someone clean it, she spoke about it loudly, using profanity. These 3 workers need to be fired. I checked and they weren't on break or in training. The two sitting on the counter had tables to wait on! By the way, the hostess doesn't greet people when they come in. She waits until there is a lull in the conversation she is having with these other two."

  • "Very slow service compared to other IHOP restaurants. Exchange of unwanted foods is not accepted except for the same category so meat for meat not vegetable or fruit. Other IHOP restaurants offer free exchanges. They really need to get more workers and serve quick. Waiting for more than 40 minutes for eggs and pancake is too much. "
  • "The food was great but the wait was too long ...just to get a seat there was like 30 to 45 minutes! I would recommend coming here for a good breakfast but prepare to wait long!"
  • "I come here every one in a while on the weekends and I have no complaints for this ihop. Its a great place to go for lunch, especially on weekdays. Fast service and great food! "
  • "Friendly environment.. I came here on a Saturday evening and it wasn't crowded like downtown Brooklyn. Great food and the wait.....there was none.."
  • "I went in to give this location one more chance. From the numerous bad experience I had. I walk in to the African American lady standing at the reception. She doesn't greets us. So I asked for a table for two. She still doesn't say anything. Two minutes later, a Latina lady come and greets us. The African American girl seem like she had a attitude. Cause we told the Latina girl that we thought she was going to seat us. And we look at her and she points at the Latina lady while giving us a stank look. Once we get seated. We was asking for drinks and apparently they didn't have sweet tea. I already had bad experiences from this location so I just left after he says that. Teddy greeted us greatly but it just the lack of customer service from other employees and lack of items that made me pissed and leave. I will not be going back ever again. No more chances. "

  • "Food was good on the 5 or 6 times that I visited. I always think it is hard to mess up breakfast so I like breakfast places. I love the combo meals in general because I like the sweet and savory combos. The staff has always been friendly and attentive but they seem on the edge of understaffed sometimes. IHOP would be above a 4 star review if the coffee weren't so mediocre. I'm not a coffee snob by any means as I usually can find a decent coffee anywhere be it Dunkin, Starbucks, McDs, my local diner or convenience store but IHOP coffee always makes me wish I'd brought my own. "
  • "I had the strawberry crepes. Delicious. Not a long wait. Nice location. Service is decent."
  • "Food was cold. Service was sub par and there was a putrid aroma eminating from the restroom. Very disappointed."
  • "Service was super bad. Got charged 3 times on my card and my friend got charged twice. We were just in town for the weekend and decided to have breakfast. Horrible, avoid this IHOP. The staff sucks. People at the registers were just standing around the whole time. Food was whatever, not worth the long wait and being charged multiple times for that some what could food. Also called to make the complain about being charged multiple times, the manager told me that credit cards are basically new to their system.....didn't help me at all. So in the end I'm being charged 75 dollars for eggs and has brown with 2 pancakes.... HORRIBLE PLACE "
  • "I had not been here in a year for the slow service. Today I decided to treat myself I love their pancakes. It took 27 minutes to get my order to get cold pancakes butter was not even melting. Disappointed again I guess eating alone is not acceptable here!"

  • "Came to this one on my birthday and at the one by my house they had switched out my eggs for my grits cause it's the same price the lady said not this one you won't do that. We came and sat down for ten minutes and no one came to ask if we want to order then we waited another twenty minutes on food. No one came over said you want some water nothing for your wait. Sad customer service. Good food thou."
  • "Had a great time. The food was very good and generous in portion. The only criticism would be that the pancakes were a bit too dry in texture. Suggestion- we'd love to have some boysenberry syrup. It's available in Philly."
  • "I LOVE THIS PLACE! VERY HOMELY FEELING, EVERYONE IS NICE HERE AND MY FAVORITE WAITRESS IS JACKIE. EVERY TIME MY HUSBAND AND I COME TO THIS LOCATION, WE ALWAYS REQUEST JACKIE."
  • "Don't listen to the bad reviews. Literally eating at this restaurant as I type this. The staff is courteous, food tastes WAY better than their one downtown, food cane quickly too, despite being nearly full. Kinda small, but it doesn't really matter. Edit: Don't listen to their bad reviews over the last couple months: it's income tax season. Take from that what you will."
  • "The food was ok. The service was ok. The menu states free refills on listed items but the staff says they don't abide by that. Only soda/soft drinks are refillable."
