What I love about Meshimar is that it always full of surprises! The affordable prices on gently used clothing for women, men and children are a great incentive to get some new clothes for yourself or your beloved. Vintage or custom jewelry and lovely house wares add a chick feel to this otherwise unpretentious gem of a store. Used books for kids & adults, toys, and other nicknacks are on display & waiting to be found.

My favorite vintage store in the area. I get a lot of clothes for my son, as well as things for the house. A small store but I've only gotten to explore half of it. I look forward to shopping there for many years to come. The sales woman always has a smile and makes shopping their a pleasure. Great place to find gently used gems for a reasonable price.

Always find a dress here. It's a tiny store with an excellent selection. I bought three summer dresses at my last visit. Very friendly too.

This resale/consignment shop has a wide range of offerings that rotate as the stock changes. Integrated with clothing are books, art, accessories, home goods and antique items. It is a celebration of Brooklyn and of the soulful past. The clothing tends toward very nice ladies and children's items. In that way this is a fine place to browse and make a discovery or two. Their street front window is lovingly prepared and inviting. On most days (of fair weather, there are baskets and a rack of clothing with walk-by charm. The staff here are wonderful people. Highly recommend!

I love to come by and peek to see what new treasures they have inside. If you enjoy thrift shopping this place is a gem. The women that run the shop have always been polite and engaging. They carry men’s, women’s, and children’s clothing items; including hats, scarves, and shoes. They have a selection of cashmere sweaters and cardigans in the rear of the shop. Jewelry, plates/cups/serving items, some bedding, occasionally aprons, and other items. #LocalGuides
