Kahdeem was very helpful in providing me the best price and options for an upgrade on the perfect iPhone and color that I wanted. He was able to help to transfer my information over and was very professional and friendly to work with. He made the experience very pleasant and I highly recommend this location in general. The associates are knowledgeable and if they do not know something they will find the answer for you.

I had to stop at this TMobile to get my dad a new phone. The two young ladies were rude and not willing to help. They said they take only cash orders. They were moving so slow and had no sense of urgency to help. I decided to go to another location where I would be receive better customer service. I've been with TMobile for over 20 years and I've never had such poor service.

Horrible customer service my wife needed a phone for work after an emergency. We called and the worker said her stay open. When we arrived he sat and looked at us from his desk as said he can’t help us. TRASH

This place is totally wrong place. All three employee hassan fred and David untrained. The owner NEO never come to store .They always charge you extra money they are big liar and treat you like trash only if you buy something they treat you good otherwise they dont give you any attention.They all irresponsible Never go to this location

They sold me an iPhone with an Apple ID in it (one of the guys who used to work there) and never took care of this problem, I got stock with this iPhone couldn’t sell it after. Very stupid.
