Horrible gave me a refurbished phone when i get phone calls they can't hear me. Its static when i went there told him abour the static, called his phone he dais its static cause were next to each other. And there is noting he can do. Begged me to take my bad rewiew down the first time i went. My phone wpuldnt come back on. So he gave me this phone. Horrible place. Never again will i go there. Im debating if i should call the better buisness bureau.

I do not recommend this metro store, they give you an Internet service and it does not work and then they let 60 days pass so that they do not change your Internet box, the workers are garbage in the service and attention

If I could give this store negative stars I would. Please avoid this store if you can, I highly recommend it. Any potential customer looking to finance a phone I strongly recommend you to avoid this location!!!! I had went into this location to finance a iPhone & was given some “free accessories” the associate said. Come to find out when I give the financing company a call they say a totally different thing. They say that “all the items I had received even some items that I have never received” where on the lease. Bringing the total cost of a phone that was originally supposed to be $629 dollars to $1900 dollars. Please don’t make the mistake I made and take any “free merchandise from these people.
