If I could give them 1/2 a star I would. I scheduled a Covid-19 test for 2:15pm on a Wednesday. Know when they called me for the test? NEVER!!! And this was after I called them while I waited in the parking lot for 30 minutes with assurance they'd call me soon. Disgraceful. Don't go to this location. Don't buy shampoo, don't buy vitamins, don't buy Anything at this location.

Terrible service. After waiting 1:30 hour she said i’m not accepting fidelis insurance and even for flu shot she asked 50$ , which is are free everywhere.

Do not use this clinic if you expect your insurance to cover inoculations or other services. All pertinent information was entered into Minute Clinic's computer and I was told that my insurance (Medicare) would cover my shingles shot. Weeks later I received a bill for $179! I contacted Medicare. Medicare told me to contact my drug plan (Express Scripts/Aetna) who in turn took information to straighten things out. If I had taken a few steps to my left and had the shot performed by CVS staff, this would not have been an issue. Minute Clinic's service was fine but their billing process is deceptive. Don't use the Minute Clinic at 2525 Kings Hway, or any other Minute Clinic unless you want to incur a messy problem when it comes to insurance payment!! Take 10 steps and have the CVS folks do it just as well. CVS will bill the appropriate insurer, no problem!! J.L. Brooklyn, NY

I got there at 7:45 pm waited till 8:15pm only for rude disgusting nurse practitioner to tell me we are closed. I opened a case with CVS and never heard anything from them. Go to urgent care and avoid this place at all cost.
