They're very unprofessional!!! They constantly lie about the ETA's of their drivers. The have any attitude when you call for updates. Like they're doing you a favor!!! I'm paying for this damn ride!! You need to more professional!!! I've been late with cab company 4 times in 2 weeks!!!! If you want reliable drivers try Flamingo, Transportation or even Freedom Car service. ANYTHING BUT THEM!!!!!

My experience was very bad and disappointed I was with a patient yesterday November 25th I called at 1:49 pm everyone kept giving me the round around I may have called about six or seven times never came till 4:45 pm after we were on the bus already I find that ws was very ridiculous for any one to wait for a care service for that long.
As I said that was my experience. Sorry if I offended any one.

If I could give these losers zero stars I would, from the drivers to the telephone representatives they are so unprofessional. The drivers will have you waiting outside for more 10 minutes and the telephone representatives don’t even have basic customer service skills all of them are VERY RUDE.

The prices are great. I took this car service to the airport and had a very courteous young man as a driver. On my second time using them to the airport, an middle aged driver came and didn't help arrange the luggage in the trunk and had us put our large suitcase in by the passenger seat, in between our legs.
Disgusted with the service.

Not reliable service. The trip was scheduled for three days in advance. The dispatcher didn't send the car accordingly at the time! Only when called again the car was sent. I was late to my destination and missed an appointment!

They quote you one price and when you get in it's another..cars are always dirty.
When you call the dispatchers are very rude..better off using other car service.

Being late no matter the circumstances will have u standing in the cold with no remorse or apologies. Hangs up the phone on you if they don’t want to

The last 10X I have called for a car of course there is no one available one top of being on hold for 5 to 10 minutes before I can even get someone on the phone. Why the hell are you still operating if you have NO DAMN DRIVERS?

Some Drivers are Disrespectful to the disability community. Low standards with MANNERISM, they know there will be no consequences. No standard for customer service so the drivers act however they feel at the moment. Last experiences with a medically fragile child showed their lack of communication skills and empathy. The drivers run the show which makes it difficult when they don't have any passion for transportation services. I wish I could give 0 stars because of the last experience. No one should even accept free service with this energy much less when paying for chauffeur services.
