Snipes on Utica and Eastern Pkwy is the best one out of them all. Customer service is tops, also knowledge of product among everything else.

One of the worst retail experiences ever. How is this store even operational? Placed an order previous night for an item that was in stock. Called next day 4pm, their phone system is offline. Verizon cannot be reached (their phone carrier), called their other store and both just keeps ringing and ringing. Hours online state they are open while the phone lines are shut off. Who even conducts business like this? If you’re going to have Google hours and phone numbers for your business then at the very least fix your listing on Google so customers don’t get false information or invalid phone numbers. Will be canceling my order as they do not deserve my business.

Horrible experience I just had in this snipes location
The manager cursed me with f words and kicked us out of the store we waited for very long time to get service and non of the sales people cared and then the manager cursed us and kicked us
I really believe it was discrimination for the way we looked

I had a fantastic experience at Kings Highway Snipes. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. The store was clean and well-organized, making browsing a breeze. Plus, their selection of products was impressive, and I found everything I was looking for. Overall, a top-notch shopping experience—I'll definitely be back!

The store closes at 8pm, i got there at 6:55pm today and they locked the door with customers in there and wouldn’t let me in to purchase a pair of sneakers.
