Staff sucks and the products are priced higher then normal. Online prices and instore pickup prices are different( sometimes buy $2 or more). They tag products wrong and promotions are advertised wrong. When you ask the staff about it or if they honor their online prices they give you attitude. Go to another target if possible.

If it takes 6hrs to pick up an order from Gateway and it takes 2hrs to pick up at any other Target. Well I will have to say that the mostly African American workstaff is downright lazy and really dont want to work but they want a paycheck! This coming from an "old school work ethic" African American

The Target store at the Gateway Center in Brooklyn often has teenagers working the register who are constantly talking amongst each other, using vulgar language and yelling, while customers are forced to experience longer wait times due to their lack of professionalism. It's disappointing to see this behavior while attempting to enjoy the shopping experience.

Target is a great place to shop but don’t go to Gateway location. The staff are rude and the drive up orders take forever to come out.

It's my go to store when I am visiting my parents in Brooklyn, but the checkout lines (both self and cashier lines) are way too long. Hire more people during peak shopping times!

I am so disgusted by how this store is ran. I go to this target for the pharmacy. Yesterday I went and some young man, lacking brain cells, was pulling a load on pallets all around the store even pulled up behind me while I was getting coffee OFF THE BOTTOM shelf. Rude. And why is the target brand of coffee on the bottom shelf. Next we lined up while this young man was barking off what lane to go to. We went there...mind you we had no cart because at 10 am they haven't brought the carts in..the young man then yelled at us to move over a lane. I said "excuse me what did you say" and the way he spoke and looked at me was the final straw. Don't go to this Target. It is a mess. We took our stuff in our arms and that moment I decided not to go back.

Staff is very unprofessional and rude, acting like purchasing from the office staff pocket. Target managers have to come a see what exactly going on at this location.

Didn’t really have the things that they said they had and there was stolen kpop photo cards but at least I got an album I love! Also there was slime I got it works really good and I feel like it’s recommended to go here

Place is a dump and has gotten worse since the Scamdemic. The workers are either listening to music on their headphones, FaceTimeing. The aisles are a mess because the customers are slobs, the toy aisle has open packages all over. They don’t have a trading card section. If you order pick up and it says order ready be prepared to wait because even though it says ready they NEVER have it with the pick up items. They got rid of self checkout and have a system where you wait in one line and they assign you a register one at a time that takes forever. This place is basically a Walmart.
Edit/update. 2 months later - still no self checkout, that’s almost 2 years now. If you’re not doing to have it, get rid of them and put/get more cashiers. There’s no reason a line should be reach the back of the store on a Wednesday morning at 8 am. And get some workers who aren’t acting like they’re making Tiktoks or rap videos.
