The worst TD bank I have ever done business with, extremely rude teller Tieshe, looks like management does not oversee their employees correctly. Corporate should be notified, and felons should not be working at banks.

Went to this branch last week. The customer service rep, was helping another customer to open an account. She engaged in every personal conversation with them from what her name means, to other personal things we were sitting there for over 45 minutes with no acknowledgement from any one in the bank. The tellers were sorting candy. After 45 minutes I walked out.

Store manager Almasi Dodson is the reason I'm giving this business 5 stars. Her level of service is 10 stars from beginning to end !!! Can't think her enough !!

To require someone to hold a bank account with you in order to buy a money order or cashier’s check is beyond classist. This ostracizes anyone coming in needing support from a bank, just needing them to do day to day banking things. It’s unfortunate and definitely something all American banks can approve upon.

Consistently outstanding customer service here. I just recently discovered TD Bank when I chose to move funds. I am still technologically challenged and needed assistance, stopped in this branch and Victoria Carter assisted me ever so patiently. Many of us need that kindness and patience while navigating modern technology. I've noticed TD Bank hires genuinely good people.

When I enter a TD bank, tellers who know me will say hi. Or welcome. Everyone says that. I feel very welcome and they are ready to assistance me with a smile and answers.

I was visiting your Bank today it’s was a Horrible Experience with me I am Customer with you Last 13 years when your Bank was Bank of Commerce BankI was trying to Notarize one of My Letter that was Give me a Very Hard time I meet with your Customer Service Rep Her Name is ALMASI very Rude Altitude I trying to Explain what type of Letter what can you do She only said I cannot Notarized your Letter By the way that letter Belongs to Town of Hempstead Long Island after that she starts Arguments with me calling to Some other Departments Finally she said I cannot Notarized your Letter that’s fineThe Problem starts when I was Leaving she Said Get outMy God this is way to talk customers and also I Control my Self Because I am also Related with Customer Service I know how to talk with Customers this is the way HR Department Give training During all Conversations I will be Cool I say not say any Rough Language etc only I am talking about the rules I call same time to the Department which they want Letter should be Notarized from the other side the Department the Office Clark said Can talk with that lady she Refuse I Don’t think so the TD Bank HR Give this type of TrainingPlease I Requested to you these type people the are not Good for Customers service JobThanks waiting for your ReplyOk Next Day I went to Another TD Bank near by my homeThe same Letter I Notarized from there shame on ALMASI the customer service Rep Now she Not Deserve that Position Now HR think About it this of Personal immediately take some Serious ActionSee under Below I send a copy of that letterThanksNadeem Ahmed

One of the best TD Bank locations. Never have to wait not for tellers or customer service representatives. Tellers at this location always quick and helpful. My personal favorite is Carleen.

I've never had an issue coming to this location as it is always clean the employees are friendly and the process of getting in-and-out is usually pretty painless. Today was just like all the other days and I was able to get in-and-out less than 5 minutes. This location was one of the 1st that had social distancing set up during the pandemic, which was much appreciated.
