The bank manager is a worthless piece of dirt! He would rather tell you to close your account and help you with your problems. I don't know why anybody would want someone like that managing your bank

This is a touchy subject and I personally don’t have an answer but I do know what the business needs to do.As of recently TD Bank Foyer and outside has been housing sketchy guys and homeless people and their belongings. I can’t believe any business would allow this to continue.There was a person who sat on the counter between the two atms and was aggressively begging for money while the offices were open. If this continues I’ll be taking my money out and doing my banking somewhere else.TD get your act together

The person that needed to submit information about my credit card application didn’t submit the correct information. She is suppose to be a manager yet she claimed that my credit card was denied when in fact it wasn’t. This manager needs training!

I usually have difficulties with this branch because of the inexperienced/slow staff, but today I had a particularly insulting encounter. Every time I go in to get my rent check, the tellers and manager hound me to sign up for their investment programs and I always politely decline. They continue to push their products on me even though I say no every time and it’s very annoying and awkward. Today, they were very snarky to me when I said I wasn’t interested in investing with them and the teller muttered “her loss” to the supervisor as I was leaving. So rude and unprofessional!! And the supervisor was participating too. Unbelievable. Hello Manhattan Ave TD— I have an abundance of funds in my account for a reason. I’m pretty good at investments already. I don’t need advice from the 21-year-olds that run this branch. Thanks though!!! What a scam.

AFTER WAITING 45 to get something Notarized the Notary at the bank told me he lost his stamp. YOU DO NOT NEED A STAMP TO NOTARIZE A DOCUMENT. If u are unhappy where u work don’t take it out on good customers. U should be fired u miserable POS

As a business owner I have business, personal, saving and line in credit in 5 banks. TD has the worst service. The 1800 reps and the branch staff can't answer basic questions. Stay away.

Ordered foreign exchanged monies over 3 days ago. Leave for my trip tomorrow. A person from the bank was supposed to call me when the euro's arrived but never did. I walk up to the teller today and said the monies were received 2 days ago. The transaction would've just continued to sit there if I didn't walk in and inquire about it directly. So much anxiety for nothing

Service is spotty. A lot of turn over. After a few negative experiences we are trying another bank. Branch locations are also not as well located as other banks.

Worst service. I have my account with TD bank from last 4 years. I forgot my ATM card at home and after showing my all the government issued ID’s , still they were not able to give my money from my account.. That’s ridiculous.

Lying about deadlines, holding you checks, blocking transactions for no reason for days and days and demanding you come in personally to verify your identity even though you live abroad, and you have verified if personally before. Basically doing everything possible for you to not get your own money. I can't even believe I'm writing this.

It is just not possible to express by words how terrible the customer service at this bank has become. Just pray that you'll never need their customer service because they will make you wait a very long amount of time and then most likely they won't be able to help you.This branch used to be run wonderfully by Mr. Steven Gomez; unfortunately now that he is gone the people that work in this branch are incompetent and just bluntly rude. They will treat you poorly even if you have been a great customer for years.I choose TD Bank 16 years ago and I decided to close my account today because these people are just unbearable.

Rude customer service, neglect customers and their needs, very problematic, DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH, never responded to any of my emails. I have a huge business account, did not even bother to establish business relationship, I will take my $$ somewhere else.
