THE WORST EVER BRUNCH!!! If i could leave less star i would! This branch is just terrible! Employees are rude and unprofessional. Lots of russian ladies just sitting with bank employees and discussing their personal problems. Only one teller is working, lines are huge.

I went to this branch to complain about a dispute that TD Bank closed on me. This bank let some foreign travel agency scam me out of $2000 during pandemic and they refused to help me. This bank apparently doesn’t handle credit card disputes in-person, only debit/checking. Then they make you go back and forth and waste your time with wrong information. The people who work here and sign you up for things also aren’t clear about any of the important policies or terms; they think you’ll read it yourself in super tiny text on printed paper yet they only mention benefits, never any costs or penalties just so they can lure you in. They’re also very slow and it took me 1 hour in line to talk to someone then 2 more hours for them to give me wrong information. I’m cancelling all my TD Bank accounts. I was using them for over 10 years too. Garbage service, garbage policies and they hit you with fees even when you opted out for YEARS already.

This is the worst and disrespectfull branch towards to clients, people waits 3 hours but employees don't care. They are hanging around, talking to each other, just killing the time. After waiting 3 hours the manager came to me and said we closing at 6pm,we can not take you. Even it wasn't 6pm, it was 5:20pm.She said to open an account it takes one and a half hours. ? . Next day I went to an other branch on Mcdonalds ave & Kings hwy ,they opened a new account for 30 min.The Manager name is LEV EKATIRINA she is the disrespectfull and very bad manager I have ever seen. Shame on you.

Alright, another update. This is a WARNING. TD bank partnered up with Target store to offer Red Card Target/actually TD bank powered credit card. During the pandemic I made a deal with them to pay back the balance, $10 each month, until a year is over. 6 months into this deal they stopped charging me $10 as agreed and reported my credit card account to credit bureaus as delinquent, meaning past due and it tanked my credit major time. I tried to talk to them and they laughed at me, degraded me and were plain obnoxious on the phone. Credit card department with this bank. I then paid off the card in full once I could and no longer use it, just keep it open- NO MORE BUSINESS FOR YOU, TD BANK! At most it's $5. But guess what, there is karma and there are Google reviews, so I am sharing my story as a WARNING for you not to open credit cards with them or open bank accounts as when they purchased bank I was with they overcharged my account by $45 total and it was all I had in the account. Shortly after I closed my account with them and send them on their way on all four corners of the world.

What a disrespectful place for the clients time. The bank was not busy ,employees was just hanging around talking to friends. After 30 minutes waiting Rose cameout with disregard of waiting time without even trying to make belive she cares and took people she had notes to be some. Rika was very helpful trying to resolve the issue

Wanted to open a checking account with this bank for the first time. Inessa seemed to have some kind of suspicion after I presented my state id… I don’t know what that’s about. Don’t have the time or willingnes to deal with the apparent poor customer service there, so just went to a different bank across the street. Goodbye!

I had a wonderful experience with opening my checking account, Paul Zayets gave me ample time and explained me everything in detail, he is the person to go to at this branch, this was my first experience with this branch.

I feel like I forgot to pay them salary and they angry always 24/7 I never sow someone smile this location. And there is nothing that they can fix and help you. Just zero knowledge .

Rude staff. Notary refused to help me she wouldn’t even listen to me. She is too lazy to do her job. She went somewhere and when she’s back she completely ignored me and started walking from one table to another and made a scene like she’s extremely busy just to avoid me and my friend.

I had to complete a wire transfer. TD bank charged $50 for each transaction. The bank employee had a very little idea of how to send money. I had to tell her every step. Unprofessional
