This is the worst TD bank branch. Unhelpful and Alejandro the manager is useless. This branch is not even worth the 1 star review. You are better off going out of your way to a different location.

A busy bank I don’t mind as it’s an avenue location but they are in need of better customer service. The staff there are incredibly rude, off putting with prejudice assumptions and remarks on multiple occasions. The security guards at the building are very nice, and honestly the highlight of this location.

I made an appointment to see a Customer Service Representative to order checks and discuss some financial questions that I had. I met Istiaq Jamal and he ordered checks for me and answered all of my questions regarding my finances, it was a pleasure meeting with him, he was extremely helpful and kind and I would recommend him to my family and friends.

TD is not America's convenient bank anymore..Its me visiting their 2nd branch in 2 days after a lost card. Normally they print a new card right right away. But they say they can't verify me by sending sms. While I was getting appointment sms few mins ago. Clearly a lie, an inconvenience. Now I ve to wait for mail to arrive in 3 or 5 days.

I had accounts at previous banks and was always disappointed with the service. I've been at TD now for over 5 years and finally found a bank that really cares, especially the manager, Grace. who is super knowledgeable, caring and patient. and deserves much more than 5 stars. In addition, every single teller always has a smile, a hello and is very efficient. I have been in business for 48 years and truly appreciate the employers at TD on Fifth Ave he and 82nd Street. So I have been a legal professional for 6 years now and I have not encountered a more condescending experience since touching down in NY.I showed up simply to ask information about a business account and I had to pull up a letter from the IRS before the lady tediously explained their requirements like if I was bothering her and a complete inconvenience to her time. The Customer.Then acted incredulous at my inquisition about the classification of businesses. Home or storefront. Ridiculous.The only redeemable quality at this bank is the security guard who was very approachable and helpful. They should give him the customer service job.Though I live in the area - as British as I am, needless to say I will travel a few more miles before I bank at this branch.If you want an uncomfortable customer experience, I highly recommend this branch!
