I tried to put in a claim recently for something I am paying for (part of my policy) and the runaround that I got ..I just left it alone.
Once this is up...I will be moving to another company

Just know they also have company in Canada with service in Chinese. May transfer my insurance to Allstate for my house and car in Vancouver
