We mostly like this new addition and do prefer them over other options in the neighborhood for some cuts of meat. Customer service can be very hit or miss. Some of the staff are consistently friendly whereas our experience with others is that we’re an inconvenience - which isn’t the best energy under which to be buying food! They can also be inconsistent about until when they’ll sell sliced meats. I’m glad they’re here and that I also have other options for the less than optimal times.

Best butcher I've ever shopped with. Incredibly well trimmed meat. Great, unusual cuts. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff.

We truly love this place and visit it at least twice a week. The locally sourced meat is delicious and makes at-home meals such a treat. Don’t skip on the potato salad if they have it.

this place absolutely freakin slaps. their bacon is maybe the best bacon i’ve ever had. their meats are so high quality! we made a roast chicken (then phở) from the chicken here and it was so gorgeous and flavorful. and their customer service, so sweet! neighborhood people, PLEASE patron this place so they stay in the hood :’) this sounds like i’m their friend or whatever but i don’t know these people at all

So happy that this opened up! I used to live near Williamsburg's Meat Hook a few years ago, and happy to have this in the neighborhood. Incredible selection of curated pantry goods and of course, the best high-quality meat.

Place has a great selection of upscale groceries and meats, but the sausages are absolutely incredible. We've never had anything better. Funky recipes, but they haven't missed yet (don't sleep on the Street Taco sausage!)
