Did a timing belt job on my vehicle 3 years back. Took it back to them multiple times saying it was too tight. They said if it was loosened any more it would slip and it was fine as it was. For 3 years every day I would drive my car, I would hear the timing belt whining. Had other mechanics confirm that the whining i was hearing was not the serpentine belts or any component within the serpentine belts system. (Serpentine belts were also new)Now fast forward to July 2022, Timing belt snapped. Destroyed the engine internally due to valve interference. Total loss. (Cost more for an engine than vehicle worth) In the end, you get what you pay for. Brian's was the cheapest. Therefore a cheap job done by people who obviously didnt know how to properly do a timing job and someone who knows nothing of mechanics could even tell something was wrong. Would never recommend. For anything. Even putting air in a tire I wouldn't even trust them. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I had my first experience at Brian’s Automotive this week and I was extremely impressed by this place. I was serviced by the technician Nick, who was extremely professional and helpful. Not only did Nick fix my car problem, but he actually took the time to explain things to me and didn’t try to oversell or take advantage of me as an automotive-knowledge novice/layman (or woman!). I brought my car in after work one day and Nick had it ready to go literally the next morning. He also not only fixed the problem that I had originally went in for, but alerted me to some minor nuances that ideally needed attention due to the neglect/oversight of another automotive business. The cost of everything was extremely fair (I would’ve paid double or more if I went elsewhere, especially a dealership!). I can honestly say that as a young woman who has no skilled automotive knowledge, and who is usually extremely apprehensive of getting work on her car done for fear of getting ripped off/having to deal with slimy salesmen/technicians trying to manipulate/trick her...that I will always be going to Brian’s Automotive moving forward for any car issues that I have in the future. Not only was everything objectively better in terms of service, time, professionalism, and cost, but everything just FELT better during my experience there. I will most certainly be recommending this place to my friends, family and colleagues. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the great service guys! Your good work is highly appreciated! :)
