From the moment I walked into the bank, named Tanveer Ahmed greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. Ahmed was actively listened to my needs and took the time to understand my banking requirements. I was impressed by their knowledge of various banking products and services, as he were able to provide me with valuable information and guidance about online banking. I really appreciate to the ‘Key Bank’ have such a great person.

I don't understand why Key Bank has an investigation department for wrongdoings. During my recent experience, they asked me about the incident at the branch, but their primary concern was whether the branch manager's actions would lead to a lawsuit. Their lack of concern for the customer was palpable, as they appeared unwilling to admit wrongdoing out of fear of legal action. I sincerely hope that Key Bank will prioritize customer satisfaction and take responsibility for any actions that may have caused its customers harm.

Branch Manager Theresa Mazur, had a conversation with her for over and hour and detailed my banking needs, and basically she didn’t hear a word I said. And now I’m out of thousands of dollars

The drive thru lane is too narrow, and the turning point is not standard, whoever designed that should go back on training.Also fix the online banking and show the pending charges so we'd know how much money is actually left in the checking account.Or maybe you do that on purpose to charge more overdraft fees!!!

So I had any interesting experience with Teller Aye today. I went to cash a check that is drawn on Key Bank. She asked me for my ID, phone number, Social Security number, and my occupation. She then says that "There will be a $7.50 fee," and then added with a very nasty and sarcastic attitude "because you don't have an account with us." So I asked her "Why do I have to pay for a Key Bank check?" and mentioned to her that would make sense if it was drawn on a different bank. After all the information she asked for she didn't even ask if I wanted to open an account with them.Thank God Bank Of America has OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Keybank only lets you load your bank card at the bank and no where else like most banks do. So you can't load it on Sunday when where closed

Teller Natasha is awesome! I worked until 3 yesterday so I didn't get there until about 3:20 and the reason that I was coming in was a rather lengthy process. I felt terrible and kept apologizing, but Natasha kept assuring me that it was okay and not to worry about it! I have worked in customer service for years and the customer service I received yesterday was exceptional. She inspires me to want to continue to provide excellent customer service! Thank you Natasha & Key Bank, I will definitely be back!

DeVale made taking out an auto loan the easiest experience I've ever had with a bank, very quick to respond to emails and very helpful and thoughtful.
