Greg, the branch manager, has personally handled two stressful issues that I have had when the regional bank team refused to do so. His devotion to customer service is unmatched, and it is something you can't get at a larger bank where you're just a number on a page. Keep up the great work, everyone at the branch, but especially Greg!

Unreal how bad the service is at this branch, and maybe the bank as a whole. I had been a customer for over a decade and on the verge of opening up a mortgage. Then I got hit with a fee, and while trying to understand why and the branch constantly redirecting me or telling me they'd get back to me, got hit with the same fee again. Everyone then basically said the fees could not be removed. Ended up closing my accounts and will get my mortgage elsewhere. Hope they enjoy the $50 they stole from me though.

This branch has very bad customer service. Staff do not want to help at all. My original branch was very good but unfortunately its closing. Will try looking for other branches with better customer service.

I had an amazing experience at this location. I wanted to open up a savings account here, and needed to talk to someone in regards to what needed to be done. We walked in, signed in, and 2 seconds later, we were called in to speak with one of the managers. She was friendly and helped put me at ease. I've never really been good with budgeting, and as someone who is trying to save for a house, it's an incredibly scary thing. When I say I've never really been good with budgeting, I actually mean I totally suck at it. Not that you could tell or anything with all of the check-ins I have at restaurants and stores. (And there are tons of check-ins I keep forgetting to do!) She looked at what I wanted to do with the account and gave some great advice. She suggested I set-up a checking account instead of a savings account, because with a checking account, I'd be able to get 1% interest, whereas if I had a savings account, I wouldn't get any interest. While waiting for everything to kick in, we talked about her dog, my dog, her kids, etc. She wrote down everything in a booklet for me, so I'd be able to keep track, and she reviewed how I could set-up an online account. The building is small, but it's clean, looks welcoming, everyone is very friendly, and they have an armed guard, so you feel very safe.
