I do not appreciate the store just dictating what a person can and can not do as far as what to lease and how, just making up things and making it extremely hard to even deal with Aaron's Rentals period and not caring that it's a RAC right nextdoor in competition and other rental stores not to far away, Customer Satisfaction and Appreciation matter, no matter what your financial situation is, as long as you can pay on time and. fullfil your agreement is Al that really should matter and make a major difference........... I'm sincerely upset at the West Ferry location in Buffalo New York 14213

This location continues to call me asking for Tanya fuller multiple times a day even though I repeatedly tell them they have the wrong number at which point they hang up on me refusing to hear my request to remove my phone number

The manger is very rude. Short thin Hispanic lady. It’s like she doesn’t like her job. I was asking some questions to understand the lease and she was rude. This isn’t the first time. Also, when they delivered my bed I had the footboard was broken I had asked them to please come and fix the bed and it’s been almost a year and it has yet to be done. Total waste of your money, but the lack of customer service especially from the manager is disheartening.

My Father is a costumer there and I went in with him and they approached me to see if needed help and if so they can help me if needed to know about any item or price They are really really friendly I like them alot !!!

The women that manages is very rude and disrespectful. Said she called everyone on the list and no one answered phone. She said she left messages and no one returned call. No one on our list got a phone call or message from them. She lied. So they wouldn't delivery furniture. I went and got my money back.

My Buddy Rented From Them.Was late on payments because he went to Florida to see his dying father and his sister payed then cash that was 3mo ago she also stated she just did the buy it now and gave a money order for $2700 they claim they never got payed and want the stuff back. Lol Crooks Legal Loan Sharks!. Plus harrass their customers Racists Also. Do Not Rent From These Wanna Be Debt Collection or repo men. Lol No wounder you hear stories of some people hurting their employees. If Your Not Latino Don't Rent From This Store on ferry st 14213. Corporate Will Be Investigating This No Pay Claim For My Buddy. I Witnessed his lady pay on merchandise. Horrible Customer service!! Place should shut its doors asap....
