“I recently purchased a few products from Rent a Center , and I couldn’t be happier with my shopping experience. Their website was user-friendly, making it easy to find the perfect item. I stopped into the store and received my order the same day. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable they went above and beyond for me, The items arrived in excellent condition, with in hours of completing purchase. I couldn’t speak more highly of the manager I think his name was Frankie and his partner I wanna say Carlos I’m thrilled with the quality and will definitely shop at Rent a center again in the future. Highly recommended

Although at first when they delivered the items, there was not much of organization as they left my furniture in a room wrapped. No unpacking or putting it together; the service they have provided when my items needed repair or replacement was great. They’ve took care of it right away! Very attentive to my needs after the mishap in the beginning.
