Nadera, who works at the T-Mobile in The Galleria Mall in Buffalo, NY, took AMAZING care of us on Friday, November 24th!We were having a rough day with upgrading three of our phones.At first, we went to the T-Mobile on Transit and Maple. The Rep. who took care of us was not helpful at all. She deferred us to The Apple Store, at The Galleria Mall, where we got the run around for about 2 hours.When we finally had a Rep. take care of us at The Apple Store, he was terrific, but he couldn’t do anything for us. He suggested we go to T-Mobile, which is on the second floor of the mall.From the time we arrived to the time we were finished, Nadera gave us PHENOMENAL Customer Service! Not only was she able to upgrade our phones, she was very personable. She interacted with all four us like she had known us for years, and we appreciated that immensely!Nadera helped to turn our frustration into sighs of relief. We are thankful to Nadera for all of her help, and we would highly recommend Nadera and the T-Mobile at The Galleria Mall!

Walden Galleria Mall T-Mobile store: Gunnar and Nadera gave me 5⭐Star service. They won my confidence. 1. Listened attentively and discerned what the problem was, first. 2. Gunnar quickly & completely restored my phone. 3. Nadera assisted me with my printed document. Boxed & secured everything ! This is now my go to store for future purchases. Thank you?

In response to owner. It doesn't have anything to do with being "professional ", but it does have something to do with trust! We trusted your company to give us phone and wifi service and gave T-mobile everything they asked for including our hard earned money. And it was Your company that didn't trust us with the documents I gave them even though I gave them a valid passport along with other forms of identification. Why do I have to provide a social security card when I've NEVER had to produce one before and NO ONE from your company ever had to ask for one?!? Not to mention no one ever explained to me what "fraud" they suspected and why I was targeted.

Got a new phone the other day and was overall quick and painless. We're Sprint customers, but since they combined its a little getting used to being on T-mobile. Love my new phone!

My boyfriend and I met with Brent Jones at the store to upgrade my phone, he had the best customer service! The experience was everything that we could have ever asked for and we couldn’t be more grateful! We ended up upgrading mine and my boyfriends phone and getting the 5g wifi that T-Mobile is now offering. We left very satisfied and are now enjoying our brand new IPhones!! Please go see Brent if you’re ever in the market to get a new phone or upgrade your current one, he was great and is a huge asset to the T-Mobile company!!

Jamario Great help tells you what you need. Assisted me soon as I walked in. T-Mobile as a company tho isn’t very will I had there service for years and the same phone since I signed with them come to find out a upgrade was ridiculous price out of pocket on sight.

The tmobile near the food court have two of the rudest customer service people. Erik is always rude and i believe is still in training. i believe the other guy name is Sébastian or Christian his hair covers most of his badge. Sad part is the guy who badge i couldn't see all the way was the acting manager.
