I travel for work, and I change states/cities every 3 months or so. I work in healthcare and have a doctorate degree. For tax purposes and car registration/insurance etc, I use Syracuse as my home. Dr. Jackson has said that he can no longer provide me with telehealth services or refill prescriptions that I have been on for 15+ years because I won’t fly home to see him for appointments. I’ve explained my career to him several times, and he doesn’t listen. He prefers to talk over his patients rather than listen to them. For a physician that I have been seeing since I was a child, I would expect better care, but Dr. Jackson does not care about his patient’s well-being, even if you have been a patient of his for more than 20 years. Avoid this doctor at all costs.
