Total Rip-OffWe ordered a large Pan Buffalo Pizza with extra cheese for take out.What we got was a thin piece of chewy dough with two tiny pieces of chicken per slice along with one banana pepper on every second slice, no Buffalo sauce and no extra cheese that we were charged for………After eating one slice of the tasteless cheaped out topping fare sold to us as a pizza we deposited the rest in the bin as inedible!No doubt the past few years have been tough on the surviving restaurant industry.However owners of chain franchises that see fit to skimp on the food toppings they prepare and sell to trusting customers in some feeble attempt to recover their losses off the backs of hard working consumers, well that is just not on!From a Pizza Hut chain franchise we expected better….. much better!

It was $40 for a pizza and six wings. Last time I ordered, pizza came ice cold. Today, it was burned and the texture of cardboard. Not impressed. At. All.

Set down waited 20 minutes finally had to ask for a menu as the waitress walk to buy a half a dozen times Not even acknowledging that we were there, then sat for another 20 minutes and decided to go somewhere else and it wasn’t even a busy night

The Big New Yorker pizza was subpar; overdone and too thin. Definitely not worth the money or advertising. Easy online ordering, drive thru employee friendly and pickup time quick. My other items were satisfactory, tasted alright but always too oily/greasy.

Food has always been great and so are the staff, still not a fan of no infusions but it's still pizza hut.

We are from out of state and when visiting family often eat here. Ate twice recently, once in Late September and again two days ago. The Pizza was great but what happened to the Salad Bar? We primarily paid for a salad and ate lettuce. There were no cucumbers except the ones frozen on the bottom of the container. No usual "Pizza Hut" salad toppings, like tomatoes, green peppers, onions, carrots, sunflower seeds or even bacon bits. I didn't want olives or banana peppers. Because we ordered 4 salads, I decided to go with lettuce, mushrooms, and two of the last frozen/stuck cucumbers, and dressing but my instincts said to take it off the order.....I should have gone with my instincts. Please, if you don't have what is needed to make a real salad then don't offer. 4 stars is for the Pizza itself and the waitress. Food is also too pricy from Pizza Hut in general anymore!

Hand tossed is the way to go. Pizza is decent, salad bar has been cut back. Service is very efficient.
