Racisms still exists and raised its ugly head at this place. Very unfriendly woman at the front, who barked at me like I was a dog but when dealing with the people of her race the difference was evident. Was late for my passport appt and as immaculate as I was dressed I was treated like I was a convict. Sad.

I send packages frequently and I weigh them at home on my scale. Everytime I bring to the P.O. their weight is significantly higher than mine. I called once to request a recalculation and they came out with the same incorrect amount. I started going to another P.O. and their scales calculated exactly the same as mine. Something is wrong with their scales in cedarhurst. We are overspending on postage.

My passport appointment(s) were a complete waste of time, not to mention the attitude that I got from them. They do not know how to treat people with kindness and show no sign of wanting to actually to their job.

I have had my share of experience at this post office I would not recommend anyone to visit this post office this post office need revamped no customer service only people with stinky attitude I would recommend a thorough investigation in this post office and I will not stop until it’s done I will be writing to the upper heads

Incredibly disappointing. I went in to ask a question about stamps and how much weight they cover. Turns out the guy there didn’t know anything about stamps, envelopes or how much they cover. He repeated the same line like a robot, only less friendly. “I can help you with a stamped envelope” “I can help you with a stamped envelope” “sorry, I cannot help you”. It would be a better idea to hire robots instead, so the place would feel less artificial and more personable and friendlier. The guys was just a soulless husk of a salesman. Quite disturbing.

Lost my package for 2 weeks and I had to refund buyer. Now I'm out the money for the item and the item itself. Just do your job. So sick of you people making my life harder for no reason

I came to apply for new passport, late a bit (because of traffic accident), but still in my time frame. The cashier (senior man) was absolutely unprofessional, counting how many minutes left until my appointment time will end! There were no other customers after me, absolutely empty post office! So I don’t know the reason why he made me feel uncomfortable and guilty, coz other clerk (lady) came and filled all my papers fast, without any problem.

Worst post office ever. The staff is angry and never helpful. If they can find a rule to use to not help you, they will. Every time I go there the result is unsatisfactory. USPS should close this post office down, there are 3 within a 2 mile radius. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!

Came here to apply for a new passport. Natoya was the best!! Made the process extremely seamless and fast even tho I didn’t come fully prepared. I wish this was my local USPS.

This post office is absolutely great! The employees are extremely courteous and helpful . I have been going to this post office for many years although I live in north Woodmere. My late parents who lived on chestnut street frequented this post office and always praised it. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality and expertise in all you do. Today i am grateful for latonyas help and I deeply appreciate it Thank you so much!

This rude man named “Fred” at the counter is just but a disrespectful, arrogant person.I don’t even know how USPS hires this kind of unprofessional people.Worst experience.Felt mistreated.He should be fired ASAP
