#1 course in Clinton County Ny. Greens roll, fairways are dry, tee boxes are level, deck that over looks 18th hole, and delicious food at their restaurant. Don't waste your time at Bluff Point or the Barracks.

Denied us a golf cart because we’re simply 2 kids who live 2 hours away who just so happen play on a high school golf team? Absolutely pathetic!

Wet in some areas with recent rains. We even got rained on while playing. Greens were in good shape. Bar and restaurant are closed, but reasonable fall rates were a plus!

Great course, it's in good shape. $35 CDN a round with cart. However, the restaurant is really bad, bring a lunch.

My son invited us there to celebrate motherdays. We had reservations for 1:15 for 9 of us in all. We arrived at 1pm and the wait staf seemed to be in a panic as to how to seat us. The dinning room was not crowded and the fact they required reservations should have provide ample time to set up. The waitress promptly handed us the special menue and took our drink order. About 15 minutes later arrived with our drinks then took our order. We waited two hours for the appetizers and they came out speraticly. Finally the main course arrived. Only thing hot was the plates. The chicken was dry,the sweet potato puree was mashed and mixed with white potatoes and had egg shells in them. I can go on but why bother. We will never return. I don't blame our waitress she was maybe 17 but I do hold the manager responsible who stood at the bar the entire time.

We had reservations two days in advance for a Mother's Day brunch party is 9 with two toddlers who ate a couple of sides so actually a party of 7. It took 45 minutes for the waitress to come take our order oh, when I ordered a soda water with a splash of cranberry garnished with a lime the response from the server was quote you want what? Four of us within our party. Appetizers, the appetizers proceeded to come out one at a time, 15 to 18 minutes apart. We joked that perhaps we are supposed to watch one another eat one at a time. The entree which was $29 that I ordered was described as a filet mignon atop sweet potato puree with a red wine reduction sauce topped by a poached egg. More than an hour after I placed the order the meal came. It was a stake on top of mashed sweet and white potatoes that had chunks( not even close to a puree) and the potatoes were ice cold, like straight out of the refrigerator cold. There was a splash of red wine on the plate I'm talking straight out of a bottle, I don't believe it had even been waved past a hot saute pan in order for it to reduce at all. And while the poached egg had a little bit of Bounce it also had little pieces of eggshell attached to it. My wife got a small piece of overcooked lukewarm chicken it was supposed to have been on top of mashed white potatoes but came with roasted potatoes, any asparagus on her plate was cold and hard not El Dante mind you I mean hard. My friend got eggs benedict the deli ham that was presented on it was thin cut and brittle the eggs were over hard and the hollandaise sauce had a skin on it he remarked that the plate itself was the warmest part of the dish. Another one of my friends get the lobster bisque it to was cold in fact it was in a gelatinous state. I have spent over four decades in the hospitality industry, and would have a difficult time creating a more horrific dining experience if I were to do it on purpose!!
