Credit card "convenience fee?" Really, in 2022, as we're in a near cash-less society? The woman at the counter also has a bit of an attitude, didn't offer to assist me in choosing a bottle [should I have needed it.] This place stinks of the old 'this is the town wine shop so you pay what we want because you've got no other choice.'

Small store, limited selection of liquor, and wildly expensive. Maybe everything in downtown Chappaqua is pricey but I'd never go back.

Excellent selection, knowledgable staff. And Covid-immaculate.

I’m sure it’s lovely, but the store is NOT open on Sundays, although the online page says it is open. We planned to pick up champs for brunch here and it was closed.

$45 for a 1-liter bottle of plain Stoli that usually costs half that. Enough said.

The new Johnnie Walker Blue Label 200 ml edition caught my eye and I wanted to add it to my collection. I could have bought it online but I wanted to support local businesses on this and started shopping. So, one fine day, I visited the store and explained to the store manager about my collection and see if they could order it for me. They took my information and said that they would call me.I felt very happy about the customer service until this point. A few days later, I got a call saying that the item has arrived and I that I could pick it up. I confirmed that the item was indeed a limited edition with its own packaging. When I finally went to pick it up later that day, I discovered, to my horror, that there was only the bottle without the box packaging. When I told them that this wasn't what I had expected and that I had been specific about this, I was told that there was only one distributor and sometimes they ship without the box. Being a person that understands that sometimes situations are out of control, I did not want to trouble the person who worked hard to order it for me and went ahead and bought the bottle even though I was unhappy. The real things that made me unhappy were the ways in which I was being forcibly convinced that the box wasn't a big deal at all and bottles arrive this way. On top of all of this, the bottle did not have a bar code of its own anyway and the amount charged on my credit card was 3 dollars more than the receipt I was given at the store to which when I called and asked, the reply was that there is a service fee. Overall, this has been a disappointing customer service experience even though I had very high expectations.

My experiences brief they don't have the line which is one of the most infamous Wines in New York they're very very pricey the owner is very pleasant they have all kinds of liquor there but they don't have a good ride if lines in my opinion or actually in some other very authentic names of alcohol I prefer to go to Mount Kisco and get things there half the price and much better selection and it's much bigger it's got every size every name I don't think there's anything that don't have I don't demand in this place didn't even offer to order my line so I didn't ask if he would so I'd rather just go where I go

This unassuming wine shop has some really great selections at reasonable prices (in the $20 range). I have yet to buy a bottle of cab that I didn't like and I've bought a wide variety over the past year. I started going here because of the 3 for 4 coupons but will soon start going purely for selection. I'd give him five stars but I don't have enough experience with the store yet.

Small town wine experts and liquor store. They are great at offering you the perfect wine for your meal, occasion or gift.

I used the Groupon at Chappaqua Wine and Spirits. Not only was the gentleman working there very knowledgeable about wines he was also very nice and helpful. He chose some great wines for me to try. Glad Groupon turned me on to this place. I plan to return since its so close to me.

Weak wine selection. Liquor is expensive. Go to Dodd's
