The carpet runner we ordered is the perfect choice for our home. Jay, our wonderfully talented installer, did a fabulous and seamless job matching up the pattern on the turn of the staircase. Over the past 6 years we have had all the flooring in our house replaced by Carpet One. Rather than shop at a big box store and not knowing if the salesperson was knowledgeable with the product lines and what grade the installers would be we decided to visit Carpet One in Clifton Park. At Carpet One, Rocco was our salesperson and he spent an incredible amount of time with us discussing each and every flooring possibility. In no way did we ever feel we were being pushed in any one direction. He explained the pros and cons of each product we had an interest in and ensuring us the final decision was our choice,All installations were performed in the most professional manner. Installers came when scheduled and the installation crews went out of their way to ensure minimal distraction to our day. Upon completion everything was cleaned, sweptand vacuumed. We will always use Rocco and Carpet one for all of our future flooring needs and highly recommend them to anyone looking into new flooring for their home.---Deb and Allen

Carpet looks great!We used Carpet One to replace the carpet in our entire house. We had a great experience with everyone we encountered, from Scott on the sales team, to the 2 sets of installers that did all the work. We never had extreme sales pressure and were given the time we needed to make a decision (never told sale ends soon!).The installers were knowledgeable, courteous and took great care in our home. Bill and Nick did all the rooms/hallway and Frank did 2 sets of stairs (with many posts!). It was a big project, and they ensured everything was done perfectly! I would recommend them and would use them again on our next project without hesitation.

The people in the store were very helpful as I asked for the differences in the types of floors. There estimate was good. The man who delivered the flooring was very nice. The two men that laid the floor on the diagonal did a excellent job measuring and putting it down.

We used Carpet One to replace our basement flooring and stairway carpet which was damaged after a sump pump failure. They were very easy to work with & came to assess the damage/take measurements right away. They were able to get us on the schedule within a couple weeks and the installation went smoothly. The installers showed up on time, promptly addressed any questions/concerns we had and the luxury vinyl flooring & new baseboards look amazing. The carpeting on the stairs is so much nicer than the old carpet. If you need flooring or carpet installed- give them a call!

Floor is beautiful but the installers were invasive. Played loud music left my sliding glass doors open the whole time and just not professional.

Installation was amazing! The guys did an amazing job preparing and installing the flooring. After installation the room was put back together and clean up was perfect. Would highly recommend Carpet One for any flooring need.

I had a wonderful experience purchasing vinyl flooring. I wanted something that looked nice but was durable for high traffic as I usually have a house full of teenagers... I spoke with Jeremiah and he was awesome!!! He answered all my questions( believe me I had a lot) and helped me wirh no hesitation!! He is the man to ask for if you need anything!! Exceeded all of my expectations for my absolutely gorgeous tile flooring in my new bathroom. Jeremiah took the time to ensure all my needs were met from measurements to installation the customer service was absolutely amazing! My floor looks fabulous and I will definitely be back to meet with Jeremiah in the near future for my next project!
