I don't want to watch commercials when I pump gas like seriously. When I go inside I want to be checked out quickly, this isn't an option here most of the time. Sheetz in PA pay people $14 Dandy doesn't pay their employees anything the lowest they have to by law because Randy Williams thinks he's Sam Walton in 1962 and the pay is probably not far from 1962 either.
Update: Your AI robot rote response doesn't make me feel any better, just worse. DO A BETTER JOB! PAY PEOPLE MORE. PAY PA EMPLOYEES less than thirty miles from the NY border the same WAGES as NY employees make or at least try to make it close. ugh

Stopped here on the way to Niagara Falls. I’d say it makes for an excellent pit stop. I liked the pizza and pretty wide variety of selection of fast food for a place attached to a gas station.

Clean store with a great selection but customer service is extremely poor. One evening worker has consistently, across several weeks, been on his phone right at the register, charger included, texting people. When I asked for a bag he simply handed me one to take care of my own purchase. I could have used the self check out if I wanted that experience. I've worked at a Dandy before and it's shameful to see the state of how the chain allows their workers to behave now. I understand needing a phone if an emergency is going on but it should not be at the register, nor should the worker hand off a bag just so they can return to their phone.

The building is really nice and there's a wide variety of options, they always have food in the pizza case and ready to go. However, the customer service, is the absolute worse. The employees, are not friendly, I was in line, just waiting to check out, the cashier, gave mw a dead stare. She was not friendly. I put what I had in my hand down and typed my loyalty number in and she asked me if that was everything, but the tone in her voice, to me sounded like I was bothering her, and by the look she gave me, told me that I was in fact bothering her. Meanwhile, the assistant manger who was right next to her, was swearing and complaining to another customer about something and did not even bother to say anything to his employee who was not being friendly by any means. I will GLADLY take my business up the road to Vinnie's Village Mart.

The staff are great. The store lacks inventory. I've never been to a gas station with a big interior, but they don't stock extras like aspirin, or any other item. No medicine, toiletries, or eye drops. They sell snacks, drinks, and phone chargers, that is it. Not really a convenience store due to the lack of items they sell at pretty much all gas stations.

The staff here are rude except for the gentleman that’s posted in a picture in another review and an older lady. Poor customer service, unsanitary restrooms, and rude staff.

This is literally the most disgusting gas station I have ever been in. Most dandys I have visited in the are have not been very clean (this one no exception) but it has gotten so disgusting that I was going to grab a coffee and the floors were gross, liquids spilled all down the front and the cups were sticky. I had to walk right out. Convenient location, but I will drive the extra distance not to go here again.

The staff is untrained in customer service and this reflects their management skills and knowledge. I have had enough and will never shop there again. I will tell everyone I know.

We gotta get these prices discrepancies resolved. If it's advertised this way, honor it this way regardless of what your system demands I pay. Aside from that happening a few times now (beer, chewing tobacco, coffee deals, soda, Etc), it's off to a good start. Update the hours on Google Please!
