We just had our new carpet put in a week ago today. We love it. The process was very easy. We were shown different carpet styles and colors. Once we picked the one we wanted we just put half down and they orderd it. It only took a few weeks. The day they came to put it in they got here at 9 and done by 11:45. We are very happy with the whole process. Highly recommend.

It’s been a year since installation of our carpeting and it still looks new… quality.material at a fair price. The crew performing the installation was polite, worked around our busy schedule and completed the job quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend them to anyone!

I cannot recommend Dan, Tami and the entire Ontario Carpet & Flooring team enough. From the first call to the final installation and thereafter, they were professional, responsive, patient, and incredibly helpful. They heard what I wanted, even when I was unsure. they offered plenty of guidance and expertise to assist me with selecting the right flooring and coverage area.
While I might have been able to find someone to do the job cheaper (or not?), the price quoted was very fair and straight-forward. They were very honest about all costs and there were no surprises.
Once I selected what I wanted, they were accommodating, reliable, and did quality work. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job within the quoted time.
They took care of my personal belongings, cleaned up after themselves, and left my home spotless.
I absolutely love the flooring they installed. They did beautiful, high-quality work. They were honest, reliable, professional, courteous, helpful, accommodating, and reasonably priced. I could not have been happier with my experience with Ontario.

My husband and I got new carpet for our downstairs living area. Dan help out to get us the right carpet. Dave and Steve did such a nice job installing it. They even vacuum after.

We couldn't have had a better experience with the entire staff from Ontario Carpet. Dan came himself for the measure and to make suggestions and they were absolutely perfect for our home decor. His A-Team crew was the best. They were courteous, honest, hardworking, thorough, very professional and a joy to have in our home doing the project. Dan also came in a couple times during the installation process just to make sure we were satisfied with the crew and the workmanship. We look forward to working with them again and would recommend them highly!! You can't have a better crew to work with on your home project.
