I been with chase for over 15 years. Hands down the worst experience. The staff are helpful and friendly but there is no front desk and does not make the consumer feel valued at all. Every transaction is handled in a back office while you are stuck standing in the lobby.

A bank without tellers. If you don't have your card cannot withdraw your own money. This location is pretty much a fancy ATM location.

This is a really small branch that doesn't have all the features. There are no bank tellers just ATM so anything requiring a large sum of money or foreign currency is not an available service here. They normally have two to three offices for bankser to help with account related things. The ATMs are new and people are nice tho

ATM’s at this location are often not working towards the end of the day. You cannot make a withdrawal or a deposit.

DISCRIMINATION at its finest !!! I’ve taken 3 trips to this branch this month, and each time I’ve seen the same Hispanic male that FLAGS MY CARD FOR FRAUD on every visit. I was forced to walk home in the rain without running errands because Chase chooses to hire PREJUDICE employees. This branch has a huge red F grade on their window and I can completely see why, HORRIBLE customer experience !

Terrible service. Bankers sitting around wasting company time while turning clients away with misinformation. The business specialist is never there and instead if spending time to find solutions they'd rather send you to a teleprompter.This branch needs to be closed or put under new supervision.

Come in the morning mon-fri will be super quick . Employees are super nice . Not like the ladies from 103 corona . The security guard is HOT!

This branch keeps consistently getting worse. First, they got rid of the tellers before covid hit, then they keep closing for indefinite amounts of time and now the ATM machines always seem to have issues at any given time. I bet since it’s a poor/working class, predominately minority neighborhood JP Morgan Chase has not problem inconveniencing people who live in Corona.

Horrible bank. You make an appointment yet they pass people who I believe are friends with the workers and they make you wait more than 40 mins unbelievable because of all the talking that has nothing to do with the bank.
