After 8+ years of a solid business relationship, Citizens opted to close all my business accounts, no reason given. Got the letter with 2 days before all accounts were to be closed. Went into Depew branch spoke with manager, no additional info. Closing all personal accounts as well... I think after 8 years of business and almost 15 years of personal banking with the company, I'd expect more then this.... classy move from a broke down bank

I always go there on Wednesday because that is when I get paid. It is difficult for me to walk so I went to the drive-thru today. It was 2:30 p.m. and I waited at the drive-thru window for 10 minutes. The poor teller keep apologizing. Apparently there were many customers inside. This is unacceptable! The Manager should be assisting. Or hire more employees! I have been banking here for 10 yrs. Never had an awful experience like this here. I hope it improves.

Tellers and managers are very friendly. Located in a convenient place and their small business products are great.
