Historically, I hate dealing with cell phone establishments. Today, Connor made the whole experience fairly painless. This review is 5 stars for Connor, not Verizon!Update: when the phone arrived and we went back to pick it up, we found out that the store was not a " corporate store". It is an authorized seller of Verizon packages and products. They could not do what was required to activate the phone we purchased. After two 1.5 hour visits to this store, I had to spend another hour and a half at the Clifton Park store. After probably a dozen calls to customer service, the employees at the second star finally got the old phone number assigned to the new phone. I really dislike Verizon. This phone was not for me. It was for someone who needed my help setting it up. Personally, I do not deal with Verizon.

Purchased a phone for pick up the day before went to the store to get it the next day after they said my order was ready for pick up got to the store still had to wait 15-20mins just to get the phone was the only one in the store moving slow got the wrong phone called the next day to return the phone and can’t even return the phone do not purchase nothing from there it not a version store they suck

Avoid authorized retailers at all costs. I purchased a hotspot for 1 month, returned the device within 30 days. The agent Joe processed my refund but never sent inbthe device so Verizon charged me an extra $200. Went back into the store to have them fix this 3 times. They advised me this would be handled and dont pay the bill until is adjusted. Turns out they never did what they said, and my bill got sent to collections. Even after it went to collections, i went back in and they said it was fixed. 2 weeks later still nothing fixed. I would not trust a word any of these agents say to you. Avoid this place and Joe at all costs.

Read the fine print very sneaky sale staff who will gladly try to raise your bill with hidden fees to assist their commission. Hope to find better sales at different locations.

Have had great service here. Ryan Ott was especially helpful and knew his stuff! We were in a hurry and he was also very respectful of that. Offered upgrades and additional items (chargers) but respected when I declined. I'll always go back to this store (Glenville) even though they're 30 minutes away and I have a Verizon store 3 minutes from my house!

Feel completely scammed by the sales people here. I was lied to about getting a rebate and being able to switch my internet over for something cheaper. When I went to make the switch, my area was ineligible. They clearly only care about their commission. Very sad and very disappointed in Verizon and having to pay way more now than before I made the switch.
