The selection is good. But I find navigating the store very stressful. I don’t like the maze you have to go through just to find what you’re looking for

I found this Stu Leonard's over priced and with limited variety. For example, the only fresh basil offered was in a plastic package. Other Stu's (Yonkers) has fresh basil in a large bunch. The type of Almond was limited. The fish did not look very fresh.

Love this store. Only thing that may be hit or miss is the chicken wing buffet. Sometimes it’s just way over cooked and the meat gets tough.
By the way if your app logged you off and you can’t find the password in your phone, it might be under Okta. That’s the provider when I reset my password.

Certain items are pricey. They have much better grade of pork. Overall, they have good quality meat, especially when on sale.

Customer beware- Stews slogan is the customer is always right- well seems they lied.. I buy my sodas at Stews and once a year return the bottles.. I put them through the machine and brought the receipts to the store for refund.. came out to slightly over $12 and was informed that they have a policy to only refund $12 .. I explained that to my knowledge NYS law does not have a limit and in any case as a good customer I was requesting that I be tegunded the total amount I returned- they were not budging- I called a person who said she was the store manager and she repeated that that was their policy.. and no wiggle room not even got a dollar.. I think that this is a crazy “policy”. So beware you are not always right at Stews…it’s a shame.,,

Surprisingly, it has become one of my favorite spots for pre-prepared food. I run around a lot - so occasionally... it's easier to work with something that just needs a quick heating for dinner. They have a really solid assortment of prepared meals, and I've enjoyed a large variety of them with my family. Aside from that, they have a great selection of meats, cheeses, etc - as well as do many other goodies! It's also an experience walking through the place, so much to see! I'd recommend.

Whenever I shop at Stews, I grab a Philly cheesteak sub (its usually stuffed) on my way out. This time the sub barely had any meat in it; especially this time of year you'd think they'd go above and beyond. Very disappointing...

Horrible customer service at this location. His name is Ron, he refused to give me last name or employer ID number. He even accused me of saying slurs to him and was eventually asked by stew Leonard's own security to walk away and cool down. Even he seen how out of control Ron was. Lucky Stephen stepped in a corrected the situation... Ron doesn't deserve to be employed by Stew Leonard's with the attitude he displays to paying customers. I most definitely will never return to any stew Leonard's and spend my earned money. Rather go to Whole Foods and be treated with respect and manners.
