My experience at DeLacy service was the worst I've ever experienced. They had my wife's vehicle for 4 months for a cracked flywheel recall. Allison was my service advisor and she was absolutely terrible, it was clear she was just making up timelines and scenarios for why my vehicle wasn't being worked on. On top of that she would never answer her phone when I called for updates, I must of left 10+ messages over the 4 months and couldn't get one return phone call. I only called for updates on the timeline she gave me, so I wasn't bothering them weekly or anything like that.I had to call Ford corporate to get them involved, they were also less then helpful. Imagine having a toddler and a pregnant wife and having to operate as a one vehicle household because they didn't have a loaner to give us.After the work was completed they couldn't be bothered to wash the vehicle or even pull it up to the pick up area, but rather sent me into the back to go get it. I took the car home to find a puddle of oil underneath it. So I had to take it back again.They found the rear main seal leaking and also the transmission pan. They agreed to fix the real main seal but claimed the transmission pan must of been leaking before they serviced it. Weird because they didn't find that lead in the preservice inspection or the inspection after the service where they removed the transmission, lol.Allison let me know it'll be done mid week the following week. When I called that Wednesday they had just received the parts and needed to finish another job before they could start. Would have been nice to see if parts were in stock or how long it would take to get them before giving me a timeline, but its clear this service rep wasn't interested in putting in any effort.I called the following week and the car was done, for how long? Who knows I had to call them! I let them know I would come in that afternoon to pick it up. When I went to pick it up, they again sent me to the back to pick it up and it snowed the night before (Halloween) and they didn't even brush it off.At this point we were done with this car and needed an upgrade anyways, so I had a deal to trade it in already set up. So we traded it the next day. Which after I traded it in, I found more oil spots in my driveway, the job was not done right again. I let the new dealer know and they said they will simply take care of and for me not to worry.This place was a disaster! I understand the wait to an extent, and I get that rear main seals can be finicky, the kicker here is the terrible customer service. Do not go here, just go to West Herr!

DeLacy Ford is really good on getting you in and out. They send you a text, Letting you know what is going on with your car. When it goes in and when you are done. They have the Best Coffee and Latte Machine Ever!!!!In the waiting area. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Always a good experience.

Matt Altoff is an amazingly honest straight shooter of a salesman we have had in a long time. Listened to what we wanted and needed, discussed what was the best thing to do and found us the truck we wanted. Was honest from the first day we walked in too syncing our phones and ford app upon delivery. This is our 2 nd truck from Delacy in 3 years. The service department is awesome, quick, professional in and out service. We were so happy with Delacy we sent our son in law over too. He loves his truck.

My latest experience with Delacy was easiest ever. Everything was done by phone. From start to finish it took less than 3 hours. Went and picked up my new Escape and was on the road with it within 20 minutes. Matt was awesome

Purchasing my vehicle through DeLacy Ford was great! Doug was an amazing sales rep! He was very helpful and kind, answered all my questions right away, and he was easy to contact. I always received updates and I was able to order and receive additional accessories for my car in a timely manner.

The staff was very helpful. They listen to what I wanted and made it happen. I wasn’t able to get the vehicle that I originally wanted when I went in, but I was able to get something better at no additional cost. This would be my second buy from them. I got a 2020 Ford Escape. I love my car, but it’s not the best on gas.

Total joke... I had an appointment on Saturday to look at a Bronco Sport. When I got there the young salesman was waiting for me at the door, I didn't even hardly get inside. Some stern looking older salesman was sitting staring out the window, apparently trying to be intimidating. My salesman had a Bronco Sport parked right out front which was to be my test drive vehicle. When I got in, I saw that there was almost no gas in it (estimated range was only 11 miles). Now I wasn't planning to go real far, but come on, I don't want to run out of gas in the middle of nowhere. So after some back and forth, he had me go in and sit down while he added a little more gas. After a few minutes he return, reeking of gas... somehow he'd shot some on his pants... So I get in the car (window is now down) and the car stinks of gas too (I guess from him). he asked for the key to my truck so that he could give me an estimate on a trade (a mistake on my part, as now he's got my keys). anyway, I take it for a test drive and it's quite quick and nimble for an SUV, especially considering it's only a 3 cylinder. so he brings me back inside and immediately launches into the sale... no mention of do I want to see another color or option package, no nothing. he leaves me with 'I have to go get the numbers'. now this is code for he's gonna let me stew, and I can't even leave since he's got my keys. after a while I get impatient and start to walk around. I see him in an office standing next to a woman's desk while I guess she formulates 'the numbers'. honestly with the amount of complexity they came back to me with this should have taken 15 seconds. anyway, by now I'm fed up and I'm not going to buy a thing from these unprofessional stooges. I should mention I appeared to be the only customer in the entire place, take that for whatever it's worth. I suspect I'll hear from them in a couple months when someone goes through the list of appointments they didn't sell...

Service department was a complete disappointment. After setting an appointment for first thing in the morning, my vehicle sat ALL DAY at DeLacy Ford without any service being done on it. I had to call for updates, only to be misled. Terrible waste of my time. Will NEVER go to DeLacy Ford again.
