Mcu bank is horrible. Call centers are always down or 3 hour wait . Their is always something wrong with my account freezes n holds for no reason. The loans for cars / house advertising is fake asf

Be careful with depositing your cash in these atms... I deposited $320 cash only to find out the atm had a glitch and my bank statement didn't show any money deposited....

I worked in a bank as a teller for 3 years and never heard this. So my ATM card got stuck in the machine the previous night . i go to the branch to go retrieve it was first told by the head teller she never saw it to come find out it was sitting behind her. I asked her for my card back gave her my id verified it was me my card described it whatever you can ask for. She went to get her manager magalie B. Who told me it was my fault the atm ate my card and i can not get it back because it's their policy I asked well where is this policy written and she continued to brush me off. Very rude and unfortunate that I had to close my account

Long wait time for service in here Perhaps there are not enough tellers ! And what is with the continual breakdown of the coin machine? I have brought change here many times to place in this machine only to have to cart it back home again because your machine is constantly broken. Get it fixed please!

I had 2 unauthorized withdrawals of $503 each transaction. I went to my nearest branch and took care of the matter and the bank refunded the money the next day. Couldn't be happier with the service

Over all its a safe place to put your money, the loan rates are the same as any commercial bank but the customer service is the worst I have ever seen. I think Motor Vehicles has this place beat by far.

Although I am not a huge fan of how they process information I do find most MCU bank locations helpful. This location only has an ATM.

My experiences with the staff at the old and new locations of MCU are mixed. Although the staff seemingly professional, they seem to have a defeatist physical demeanor about them. And it's just not one or two people, it seems like most or all of the staff carry the same load on their shoulders of not wanting to be there or not liking their job. When I lost my debit card the account manager that assisted me seem cold and somewhat uncaring. When I got my new debit card and try to use it an hour later, it wasn't working. When I called the account manager back the same cold and uncaring attitude she had with me in person was more detected over the phone. I didn't get the issue resolved with her I ended up having to ask for her manager, and then the issue was eventually resolved. As for the tellers, although they seem professional as I said earlier there is still an underlying demeanor that they don't want to be there. God forbid if you ask for a sleeve for your credit or debit card, they'd question you 12 or 13 times on why you need one or what happened to your original one. I have no choice but to deal with this location because it's the closest one to me in my home. Good luck to those who venture to Rego Park location.

This MCU is by far the worst MCU in New York City everything always seems to be out of service their card machine is always out of order their ATM's are always out of order takes over 30 minutes to see a teller because none of the ATM's work it's horrible I hate that this is the closest MCU by my job cause for the most it's always a waste of my time.... I hate this MCU....

This branch is only for ATM use, but the actual bank has been relocated to Rego Park Center Mall at 61-35 Junction Blvd, Rego Park, NY 11374.

Id rather spend the day at the Dept of Motor Vehicles than do business at this bank. Horrible customer service. Any discrepancies or errors on their part cannot be fixed by calling in. You must come down in person for them to even entertain issues that can and should be handled over the phone.
