My salesman Wilmer Guerrero was great explaining the car to me. The sales manager was good as well. But the finance guy was rude messed up my paperwork many times made me waste my whole day at the dealership 51/2 hours and never apologized. By the way I didn’t even finance the car I paid for it and still took the whole day from me. The dealership only had 1 key and fob for me I priced a new one to order from a Chevrolet dealer and it’s $500.00 This dealer gave me $250.00 twords the new one I think they should have given me 2 keys and fobs with the car. It is what it is. The car was supposed to be detailed for me when I picked it up and it was not. I saw an employee drive the car into the service area from the glass wall in the show room to inspect the car and he hit a stack of tires with the nose of the car (no damage) but be more careful. I don’t think I would recommend this dealership especially if your financing your car. They should get a new finance guy that cares about his job. Gary Davis

I had a cash offer ready they accepted i let them know i work so i only have 2 days where i can come in late to work and come in to do paperwork and get the deal going so i told them to get everything ready so when i come in we can start, both times when i came in nothing was done and they just started in everything so now i missed 2 days of work/pay because they are disorganized and make promises they cannot keep. if you come to this dealership make sure you have extra time and nothing to do and be prepared to wait a long time. and the most embarrassing thing is the employee after the deal was done was telling me how much he hates the dealership as well how unprofessional..

Land Rover/Jaguar White Plains. Worst experience of any car dealer or service ever! Do NOT lease or work with this dealer. I leased a 2021 Land Rover Discovery Sport from them and it has been in the shop time and time again for electronic issues and computer glitches. Each time I bring the car in it is at the dealer for WEEKS on end. They dont' update you on the status of the car and dont even give you a loaner until a week in. They tell you that updates are being made on the car and that things are being done to the car- which are never actually done. I even got my car back with a used banana peel in it after 3 weeks! Only a few days after getting the car back- it had similar issues again with the computer lights coming on and saying I needed updates- despite the fact that DAVID (the worst service manager of all times) told me this had been done. I just want to bring the car back early and terminate my lease. However, Landrover wont allow this. The value of my car is so depreciated that no one wants the car and they wont take it back early. Auto Nation refuses to work with me. The dealer refuses to work with me. So despite the safety concerns the very high payments I am making for a car that is constantly in the shop- I have to CONTINUE to pay for the car I am returning for a whole additional year. STAY CLEAR of this dealer. They afford you no concessions and do not work with you at all. They lie about what is being done to you car and have the worst customer service of any car I have ever owned. BE WARNED!Ladn

Attached are screenshot proof of the worse car buying experience of my life. I've purchased 23 cars, currently own 7, one of them being a 23 Range Rover, and this is by far the worst experience I've ever had. I don't mention that to brag, I mention that to emphasis the poor service I received is miles apart from any other dealership. On July 29, Jose(sales person) reached out to me and told me they had a 7 seater Range Rover available. Since I was looking for one, I told him I'd take it, I'll get a check from my credit union and told them I'll be there on the 31st. They told me I have to be there the same day because there's other interests on the car. I said no problem and drop everything I was doing and drove 50 minutes to the dealership. When I get there, I told them I'd be getting rid of my current Range Rover for their 7 seater. They put a value 15k lower than what other dealers offered me and I wasn't even buying a car from the other dealers, they simply wanted to buy my Range Rover. I respectfully said I'll sell mine privately, and I'll take their car, I filled out a credit app. They made me put insurance on the car before submitting credit to the bank. They only have 1 finance manager and they don't get to looking at my application until 4 hours later. After 6 hours at the dealership, they tell me they can't get an approval(even though I'm replacing my current one with a newer one just because I need more seats. I understand this because I have a few cars under my name so I told them I can have my girlfriend cosign and they said that wouldn't change anything without running her credit). I'm still being cool and patient to this point and I said ok no problem, I can't spend more time here so call me when you guys get an answer from the bank, if not, I know I can get an approval through my credit union. I even told Nathan Gaucher the GM that I was having a baby on the way so I need this car and he completed disregarded the comment, no congratulations. He's not obligated to congratulate me, I'm just bringing this up because it all makes sense with the service they provide over there now. July 31st comes and they told me they're having an issue with the mso of their 7 seater. They later told me they fixed that and I said ok, I'll reach out to my credit union and let them know. My credit union got an approval under my girlfriend all alone, not even as a co-signer, something they told me they couldn't do with even two people on the loan, again, even with me replacing the same exact car with 5 seats. At this point, my sales person Jose has quit and Nathan the GM was my point of contact. I let Nathan know we have an approval from our credit union and that we need an updated purchase order so my credit union can wire them the money or write a check. I called and texted nathan 4 days straight and no response. I also called the store multiple times and everytime I call, I explain the situation, they take my info down, promises a call back and never calls back. He finally texts back saying he is home handling an issue. I know people go through stuff so I told him ok can you have someone else help me out so I can't get this over with. It's now aug 7th, a whole week after my approval from my credit union, I decided to go back into the store with my girlfriend to get an answer in person. When I get there, they told me Nathan is not in yet, they don't know exactly what time he'll get in but I would have to wait about 2 hours just to talk to him. At this point I'm upset and I asked to speak to any manager on duty. They said Nathan is the higher up and no one else would be able to help me out. I finally sit with Chris, a sales manager, he tells me the car I had a deal with them and have had insurance on for a week and a half has been sold. There's nothing he can do to help but he looks at me straight in the eye and says he promises he'll have Nathan call me to find a solution. The receptio

I was going to write a terrible review as I was treated so miserably! But it looks as if EVERYONE who has reviewed this dealership has written a lousy review. I test drive a pre-owned car. I wanted to buy but was heading out of town. it took the salesman so long to get me the paperwork that the car was sold out from under me! Apparently the day he sent me the paperwork was 1 day after the car was sold to someone else! There was another, similar car in NJ. I mentioned this to the manager-who was useless- and he didn't offer any assistance. He actually told me he couldn't help out. Nice salesman, LOL!

I debated reviewing them because we had such a positive leasing experience. The trouble started when we wanted to buy the car at the end of lease. They tacked on a inspection fee of $200 and then said that we would need to buy new tires in order to buy the vehicle because THEY have higher requirements then NYS. Wait what??!! Lease Buy out is controlled by the contract I signed at lease signing. They can't arbitrarily ask for additional things not contained within the four corners of the contract. We contacted Chase directly and bought the car without any conditions. Ridiculous behavior on their part. Now I don't even trust them to bring my car in for service.

Finally got my car yesterday from service. They got into an accident with my car in service, "tried to repair it" and now my car looks like it has two different car parts glued together. Not to mention, my car went into service for a sun roof noise issue, which still isn't fixed. After 1.5 months in service.I don't really have any words at this point.See attached pictures

Terrible experience post buying. While the buying experience itself was great, car purchase is supposed to be so much more than the initial purchase and it has been a total bait and switch since. When i bought the new car, they took my existing leased F-type with the promise that there will be no charges for the return. A few weeks later, comes a letter from the Bank asking me to make payments for extra wear & tear and disposition fee even though everyone agreed (and still agrees) that i gave my leased car back in pristine condition. When you buy a new car, there isn't supposed to be a disposition fee, but I got hit by one! The frustrating part is that no one really bothers to call back and explain what is going on. Inspite of calling multiple times, the management refused to give me an update or even call back! The receptionist just asks me to send an email to which no one really responds! The service department is terrible as well. When I scratched my car contacted them to help resolve, they were not at all helpful. When purchasing, got convinced into buying all sorts of insurance and now no one is interested to help me understand how I can use it. Inspite of multiple emails, no replies! Terrible experience overall. Love my new car but a terrible customer service has left such a bitter taste in my mouth. I could have bought it anywhere and perhaps had a better overall experience. Never going back for sure!
