Rude, rude, rude. They charge fix items they did not fix. They gave me the car back with warning indicating lights were out. I was in contact with their dealership to purchase a new car but canceled and will not buy vw again.

They were so accommodating they needed to order a part when I went in to have it done they offered me a ride then I settled on a loaner for the day couldn't have been more customer friendly !!!!
