At temperatures of ninety degrees Fahrenheit, not to have central air conditioning is a drawback. This branch of Staples tried its best with numerous rollable air conditioning units rattling away with hoses dangling from the ceiling, but it made for an unæsthetic and noisy shopping experience. Also the stock of merchandise is a bit more limited than at other branches, even for basic things like Staples’ won brand Red’s highlighters. Outside parking is easy in Staples Plaza.

Walked in looking for something completely different then noticed a HomePod Mini on sale at a good price. I say to myself “Get it”. They have empty boxes on display in 2 different locations, so I’m sure they have some on hand. Grab a box a go to the register where the cashier clicks his little microphone in his earpiece and asks for one from the back. Five minutes later, he’s told they do not have any in either color even though they are on display in 2 separate locations in the store. I knew I should’ve gone somewhere else. I’ll never go into another Staples again.

Their printing department lost my order. Then they re-printed it. Turned out they didn't print it on the correct paper I paid for, then refused to refund me, even after a customer service rep from the main Staples phone number requested they do so. The rep on the phone she's "never heard of a store doing this before." Many thumbs down on this store. I'm never going to use them again.

Horrible customer service in this Staples. Lazy associates who do not want to assist customers. I was there last night and not one associate in the store was helpful. I went to the Staples in Yorktown today and the difference was amazing. Staples do better. You need to have people working for you that want to help the customers.

The junior passport photo guy was so nice. He let us select the picture from a few options and he was being extra cautious to make sure it wouldn't fail. We would get photos done here again.

Waited forever to pickup my online print order despite two staff there, and the document was ready to be picked up. When I got home I realized they included only half the copies I paid for. They likely put it in a second box that they didn’t hand me. Also, got gouged by paying nearly 4 times more for a USB-C adapter than amazon. Lastly I had a question about the different types of printer paper that the employee at the register didn’t know the answer to and made me feel bad for asking. It turns out they put the overpriced paper in the front and hide the regular price paper in the very back. Just not a good experience. Reminds me of how radio shack used to operate.

Went here looking to buy ink. The first time I was here the customer service was very bad. I gave it a second chance.,it couldn't be worse. I stood in ink section for 20 min.. I might of well been invisible A big f u to this store and it's management.

Went the other day to get my second desk chair(first one broke). Awesome experience. They had the chair in stock, it was easy to find some one to get the chair. Poor kid had some kind of elevator issue and it took him a lil while but another associate kept me posted. The cashier helped me to my truck. They were all great. Thanks!

Employee named Alex was incredibly rude to my father who had walked in to print two pages of paper. My father did not understand how to work the printer and asked Alex for help. Alex did not want to help my father and just said "directions are right there" my father is a 60 year old man where is the customer service in helping him out? My father paid for 15 pages of printed paper when he just needed two. I feel very disrespected from my local staples center.

Only peak season it will be packed this was on a sunday morning so there is no excuse for this horrible customer service experience

Home Depot is gone so I have been going to Staples. They have everything I need and if they dont, they are happy to help you order it thru their computer order system and it will be shipped directly to your home in a Day. Most of those who work there are very helpful and Management steps in if necessary. Yoely especially. Had a problem with an Order that was placed by an employee for Ink so I can scan on my Copy Machine. He ordered the wrong ones. By the time I looked at my receipt home, I saw the Error. Not Happy! I called and had a chat with Yoely. I went back to the Store, she found the correct Ink and helped me thru the Return process. Parking is free in their lot. They will also price match so if you find an ad elsewhere for the same item, they will match the lower price.
