I moved out of NY years ago and no matter what I do these leeches will not stop calling me trying to sell me more things. Shame because as an institution I have only had positive experiences with Chase but the contact from this retail location is making me consider switching all of my assets to another company entirely.

I went to 4 different branches trying to make a deposit......all branches had at least 6 cars waiting in lineand each took about 15 minutes. After 2 days of trying I still haven’t made my deposit !!

Put a 10 day hold on a certified bank check, i understand personal checks but thats ridicules

Debbie and her team at Chase has taken care of our business account for years. Has always been helpful. If your looking for a bank you should consider Chase.

The woman who answers their phone is rude. They wouldn't answer a question about opening a new account on the phone because they didn't know and didn't have the time to ask a banker because they were busy with appointments right then. Lol. I went to the branch and the place was deserted. The manager literally met me 2 feet from the door because they had nothing to do but twirl their thumbs. The “difficult†question was answered in less than 30 seconds without sitting down and I had wasted a trip to their Bank because they are too incompetent to answer questions on the phone or they value their 30 seconds of thumb twirling more than they value my time effort and gas to get there. 1/2/18 11:00AM They lost me as a potential customer and good riddance!
