In these days of no customer service, I have to recognize Sharma Kaiser. She was so helpful to me and went the extra mile in order to get my request completed so quickly and kept me updated during the process.

This bank is awful. If I call the help number I wait on hold for an hour. If I call the branch they say they are too busy to help me! The worst incompetent service. I can’t wait to switch to a different bank.

Went in for a notary, the person who does notary said she didn't want to do it because I wasn't a customer with the bank. Not a single customer in the bank waiting and I even offered to pay for it but the lazy notarizer didn't want to help.
