Be careful! The drive through atm at this location has miscounted/taken my cash several times with errors of over $100. It can be fixed but it is a hassle to have to call BofA to fix it.

I wasted an hour of my day going to this branch to pick up Euros that my wife ordered from our joint account. We received an email from B of A advising us that only authorized signers (i.e., either me or my wife) could pick up the Euros but when I got to the branch I was told that ONLY my wife could pick up the money (despite the fact that I am also on the account and can unilaterally withdraw all of the money from our account). Poor customer service and communication skills.

Took my son to open up his checking account, He had State Id Social & Birth certificate. Rudy decided to throw a power trip by asking for something I've never heard, he wanted 2 photo Id's. We need these people to stop adding there own personal set of rules into a the system. They create paralysis in any system there involved in, If I'm wrong let any manger respond to my review.My Response: Unfortunately I don't do Social media, so I will explain on this platform what actually happened. Showed up with my son who is 18 years old, as soon as we step into the branch we seen Rudy, we ask to open an account. Rudy asked for Id we provided state ID he asked for secondary we provided SS and Birth Cert. Then he said that Birth Cert. and SS are not going to be accepted, I was shocked. I told him that is 2 forms not 2 photo ID's , he reply "I won't accept it". I was once again shocked, you don't accept a SS card with Birth Cert. He said "NO" I got upset of course cause he was insulting our authenticity, when we are US CITIZENS. He denied my sons rights to have a bank account, he took it upon himself to make this decision without at least consulting with another staff member. If there is any doubt just check the video 03/17/23 between the hours 2pm 3:30pm, everything is there. I'm actually questioning weather what he did is legal, this was a discriminative act and there should be consequences for his actions.Thank you for responding to us and we apologize for the inconvenience.

My 5 star rating goes to the manager who served me with her nice attitude when I came there to open my first account, checking account. She is knowledgeable right after I pleaded to her I am a upper-middle class poor due to pandemic, she gave me a cheapest account which is Safe Advantage, which you can open with minimum of $25, but you will get hit with a $4.95 monthly fee, unless you upgrade to Everyday Checking, which is the first level with an affordable requirement which you can waive a monthly fee of $12 (higher fee than Safe Advantage) when you have at least $100 on account per day, as of 07/05/2022.

Very accommodating ! Just a few suggestion for the atm..i hope and much better they put some bills like 50’s and 100’s too so we don’t need to go in the teller to have 100’s bills. 20’s is bulky cash to bring if you get from machine and teller is closed. I much appreciated this gonna be works.

Avoid this branch!! I came in with my husband to open a joint bank account, it took the lady 50 minutes to realize that I don’t have a s.s on file, for that reason she started asked me questions like: where is your passport? After I had handed her my Permanent Resident card, she again asked me for my passport!! What? Everyone knows that if you possess a P.R.C your passport isn’t required. It wasn’t enough for her she asked my husband for his work paychecks as proof of address and then after he handed those to her, his Social security number wasn’t enough support for her to help us with the bank account. Moreover, after a 1hr of bad service basically, one hr in an interrogation room!! The manager heard me about to leave, so he came in and told her what to do. what she couldn’t do in an entire 1HR her boss did it in 10 minutes. Furthermore, if it wasn’t for the guy I would have wasted all my time just because the staff in the branch isn’t prepared with some kind of knowledge to do their job. There are So many other banks that don’t waits your time, and treat you professionally.

Avoid this branch. They sent junk mails to you even account if not open in branch. Their relationship manager’s name is hard to remember. Seeing this name in email made me think of spam/junk mail.
