Prices have gone up, but service has gone down. How convenient: now that customers are bringing their own bags, the workers that work there just use that as an excuse not to help out the customer bag the groceries. They just stand there and watch you bag everything yourself. They're not even that kind anymore

Rather than diversifying its products and improving its service quality, H-mart profiteers from increasing prices frequently. I don't really see its commitment to the Korean communities in the U.S., upon which H-mart was able to build.

Really good place. I go grocery shopping here and I don't have any complaints. With this COVID-19 situation, people can take their temperature as they go in and have access to hand sanitizer. Its clean and although things can be pricy, the stuff is really good?
A heritage of quality food, catches on quick. We are H Mart, short for "Han Ah Reum," which just happens to mean "One Arm Full of Groceries." We're an Asian-inspired supermarket started in 1982 in Queens, New York. Despite our small beginnings, we have grown because of our continuous commitment to the freshest ingredients in all our offerings-while never forgetting that value is just as important. We hope our culture brings you new inspiration and we look forward to seeing you soon.
