Purchased a brand new Citizen Eco-Drive via Amazon and as it arrived it needed links removed from the band to fit properly. I popped into this jewelry store local to me to inquire wether they did watch adjustments/repair. Was greeted with a smile, asked what I needed help with and was almost immediately measured for fit. Was told the jeweler would work on it in a few minutes, feel free to browse around, etc, etc. Very attentive, friendly and polite! A+

I bought a bracelet from here years ago and it broke and when I went back to get it fixed they were very rude and impolite. They acted like I wasn't even a customer and as I was walking toward the lady as I respectfully greeted her she walked away from me not even taking my bracelets or even greeting me back. I waited a minute For someone to get up and help me. I wasn't even asking her to do it for free. I dont recommend anyone to go because they don't even have a lot of collection and they don't know a bit of customer service.

If I could leave negative stars I would. This place has been in business for a long time and is well known around flushing. Unfortunately my fine jewelry repair experience with them was miserable. I had a long pearl necklace taken to them because it broke on me and they told me that they would restring the pearls but not long after I wore it the strand broke again in the same place. I can see that it was GLUED together. REALLY?? Gluing together fine jewelry at a respected jewelry shop and lying that it was restrung? Shame on you.
