The staff there were super friendly and were super patient. Su took the time to carefully explain the different lenses and walk us through what each one does and because of that I learned so much about glasses. Even though she was supposed to get off work at 5, she stayed well past that time and I can't emphasize just how much I enjoyed my visit.

Excellent customer service. Last month I came to purchase my glasses and was assisted by a very friendly associate and the optician, Maggie and Sou. They quickly helped me pick out the perfect frame and lens combination so I could have the perfect complete pair. When I came to pick them up a few weeks ago, I was disappointed to see that there was a defect on the lenses. However the manager, Carla, assured me that she would resolve the situation as soon as possible. She quickly identified the issue and had the lenses remade in record. Carla’s help and expertise were invaluable, she is without a doubt an asset to LensCrafters.
