worst bank and worst staff don't know anything and don't want to help customers they told me i have appointment at 2:30 pm i showed up no one want to talk to me because of my sleeping dress it's completely unacceptable how they treat boa customer they all need to get fired or boa has to sell its bank to someone responsible if they can't handle it its worst bank branch i ever seen in my entire life

SOMEONE WAS ABLE TO GO INTO THIS BRANCH TO ATM AND EMPTY OUT EBT CASH ACCOUNTS EVEN WITHOUT THE PHYSICAL CARDS AT 6:13AM 5/9/23. MAYBE AN INSIDE JOB. THIS BRANCH NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED IMMEDIATELY. ROBBING AND STEALING FROM POOR PEOPLE IS UNACCEPTABLE N IT'S BEING DONE HERE AT THIS LOCATION.

This bank has really bad service from walk in to credit card cancelled card asked for refund of balance they said my identity did not check out wound not send check with my $260 balance such bullshit!! Waited in line for 39 minutes This rates up there with HSBC I hope they are the next bank to go!!!

Not sure why they have such a low rating here. I used this branch pretty often more for the ATM services but if I need to speak to someone or use the teller I usually use this location. There are ATMs right in the lobby which you can still access after hours. The actual bank is past the ATM's. There's usually someone at the greeters desk in case you need help. The tellers are to the left and the offices if you need other help are to the right. There's seating the in back as well In case you have to wait.

Fee weeks ago I went to this branch to deposit a bag full of coins. While waiting online an associate told me that my coins have to be in rolls in order to accept them. ? all this technology and there is not a coin counter? ( if i place them in the rolls how would you know im being honest?) Ok i understood. So she brought the rolls and i had to get out of line to place all my coins in rolls in the lobby of this bank. i did not like the tone i was spoken to as if i was a homeless man. I get back onlinento deposit my coins. The teller wasn't so pleasant while depositing my coins. I had extra loose coins and was told they couldn't be accepted. However, as soon as i swipe my card and he saw the how much i had in my accounts his whole demeanor changed. I was able to deposit lose coins now and he was very friendly. Didn't appreciate it how i was treated prior to swiping my card. Will most likely look for a new bank within the next year.

I have been with BoA since 2012, Made an appointment for 11am on a Tuesday morning. Arrived to find the front door unresponsive to all customers cards. Called the branch number, no response. Highly unprofessional. Will likely take my business and funds to another bank after this experience.
