The three store managers that I dealt with in the last 24 hours regarding a misplaced FedEx packet were arrogant, rude and had no clue what’s going on with the FedEx packages after they are dropped off. Rest of the staff is equally ill-trained. Don’t go to this Walgreens for FedEx transactions. You may lose your stuff.

Lived in Forest Hills basically all my life, and the service here has gotten considerably worse. The pharmacy never notified me that my prescription was ready, and when I asked why I never got a notification, all I got was an "I don't know." The staff also moves incredibly slow, and there's no urgency on their part even though there's a line of customers waiting to get their prescriptions. You lost a customer.

Tall black man with tattoos was incredibly rude. I hope he was not a shift leader with his disgusting attitude. Stood there for 30 seconds at the register while he sat down on his phone, I said “Hello”, he said “I see you.” Another 20 seconds on his phone later he starts scanning my items and just says “Number.”
I then ask to please add a bag of cookies three separate times before he scans my coupons, he ignores me then says it’s too late to add things after he slowly scanned both my coupons.
I ask if I can please get a void, he clicks his tongue and says “You doing too much.”
This guy then spends 3 minutes trying to log in on another register while a line forms and he does nothing about it. What I was asking for was not hard at all, but he made it hard. Finally got my items and left after all this hassle over nothing.

I tried to come in 20 minutes before closing to get medicine for my daughter that was non-stop vomiting and was greeted by locked doors and someone closing up the register who shoo’d me away as if I was an insect. This Walgreens lost a lifelong customer. Also shady people hanging with the employees, as if the employees invite their friends to their shifts with them. I feel uncomfortable walking in here to buy basic necessities. Covid really ruined this location. The 24/7 CVS is close and a much better option. Corporate should really clean this place up, as there is no doubt this is a great location for a business being ruined by its’ staff.

Worst place ever. Management truly doesn't know what they're doing and if I own this place I'd fire the immediately. Would recommend to anyone to go somewhere else

The head pharmacist Kelso should’ve been fired years ago. He’s been nothing but combative and rude, and has denied me medication based off his own discretion, not what my doctor (at a world renowned hospital) writes as a prescription. I’ve been notified prescriptions were ready, meanwhile they haven’t even been touched and take DAYS to fill, all while making me jump through hoops to get my medications. CVS fills everything in an hour no questions asked.

Everything that isn't stolen is locked up and its impossible to find anyone who works here to open the cases. Delivery boxes all over blocking displays and when u try to move them they get mad.

Pharmacist working evening 4:40 Friday is very rude. If you don’t like your job don’t work there ! I waited 15 min to ask her a question and just ignored me telling me I can’t talk to her. Not professional at all.

Rudest pharmacy staff I've ever seen. Techs and pharmacists insult patients and are just unnecessarily combative. I work in a pharmacy, this isn't how you treat patients.

At one point a great pharmacy, with great pharmacist that did every thing to help now choose a diffrent place if you actually want to get your medication, horable pharmacy techs and staff that don’t care we have to do there work when they overcharge for medication,

Worst Walgreens ever. I placed a photo order at 4 pm and notified it would be ready by 5 pm. I show up at 10 pm and waited fifteen minutes until someone actually showed up at the photo center after pressing the button seven times to notify the employees that I needed photo assistance, finally someone emerges from the back and not even in uniform and I tell them my information and they punch it into the system to tell me that the order was paid for and picked up. I was confused and told her no one did that to my knowledge and then the employee tells me that they never received the order and showed me on the screen that my last order was in October. So which one is it? This employee was spewing lies because this Walgreens location was too lazy to print my photos and do their jobs and the employee couldn't even come up with a solution for me and just stared at the computer screen quietly. Now the photos that I needed for a special event were never received. This place is an absolute joke with no direction but what else can you really expect from a liberal location.
