All the employees are very polite and willing to help - customers should understand if they wait longer than 2 minutes because these employees are doing their best to give prefect 10 service to each and every person.

Don't waste your time, try other banks nearby instead. I had a CD that was matured yesterday and the banker told me that I had to go to the branch to make changes (whether add money, change the terms and close it). I made an appointment to meet with a banker online and got confirmation of his availability, got in and the banker was servicing another customer. There was only one banker working, so I had to wait even though I made an appointment. I totally did not understand why I needed to visit the branch to make changes to my CD and why only one banker was on duty during a normal business day. The banker, Hugo O. was very friendly and patient to answer all my questions though. I just did not like the way how Chase does it's business.

The manager Fazah Aftabodeen was extremely nasty and not helpful when I came into the branch to ask why my accounts had been closed out of nowhere. Took my money right out of Chase due to constant incompetence.

A beautiful building, 20th Century architecture, an artistic dream with vault ceilings. Unfortunately, it is being occupied by incompetent Chase management. I just witnessed at 9:40 AM, a young man standing in the middle of the spacious grace of past Victorian infrastructure raising his voice for assistance to open a new account, I turned my head from the ATM and listened to his voice echo as nobody responded. Deserted, with one teller, busy, as 4 other customers wait on line. I have seen it before, they are all eating breakfast at the same time instead of staggering the personal breaks.

Standing here asking to exchange my singles currently watching the woman throw the bills around like a child because she has to actually put it through the bill counter. Just the type of bank I want to keep using. Keep up the good work.

Terrible service. After waiting an hour to get important documents to get notarized, which I didn't mind because the one notary person was on lunch. He comes out and helps someone else but I guess no one told him I was waiting for him. After finally getting to sit down with him he starts huffing and puffing complaining "omg omg how many papers ugh I cant do this right now" he continues to complain until he's finally like "I really have to go to thus meeting damn near throws me out his office to get to his meetings. Long story short I guess that meeting was sooo important because I didn't get anything notarized.

This is the worst chase branch that I have ever been too!! The branch manager has no care in the world as to who goes into the bank & withdrawal money. Not sure what Emanuela does to keep her job or why she has it! The branch & manager allowed a family member to walk in sign an affidavit stating they where the next of Kin & that there was no will & let them withdraw all of my fathers money who had recently passed. This branch knew my father had Alzheimer's & that we have had issues with the family member coming in & trying to have them take money my father account yet, they allowed her to come in & take all his money & then said well I guess she falsified a document. Not one ounce of trying to rectify the situation or feeling bad WORST CHASE BANK I warn you do not use this bank they do not cate about you or your account!! Please especially keep elderly customers away they have no care about elder abuse!!

This is the worst branch I've ever been in My son and I went to get some documents notarized, we waited 20 minutes before someone asked us what they can help us with. Once seated the person we were dealing with was very annoyed that we were there just for notoriety he took the paper from my son singed it and banged his stamp on the document so hard that the other clients in the branch turned around to see what was going on he did that for all of the other documents. When we finished he didn't say goodbye or anything he just sat there looking at his screen. Really poor attitude and service

Be very careful with the branch manager Manuela and Luigi. They'll try to close your accounts and open new ones so they get credit for opening accounts. They're also very rude and pushy. Stay far away.

This Chase bank is like every other one you go to the only difference is the staff and the building. The building is historical and one of the original buildings in Franklin square. The staff are professional and personal. They do their jobs well. The ATM on the other hand is a problem. The area it is in is cramped and very tight for cars and larger vehicles. It is also dangerous for pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk due to there being limited visibility.

Meh... I know , I know, a bank review ? Really ? And I debated with myself to write or not to write ....As this is not even my bank nor the closest branch to my home. However, after a few visits I was compelled. 4 visits due to the fact I was in the area , and I felt like I was in a morgue all 4 times - I'm not expecting the earth to move, or some long drawn out convo. Like everyone else , I want to get in and out in a timely fashion. I do however expect eye contact and at the very least a hi for good measure.. not some side profile of the teller who's too busy kabitzing to the other teller as their hand searched around for whatever I put in the little slot under the glass . This happend on 4 seperate occasions since the end of last year . And not the same teller either . Sometimes something more than an ATM machine is needed , sometimes, we need actual banking service from a live person. If I am going to step into the twilight zone can I at least have some happy stepford type tellers ? look, all I'm suggesting is smile and look alive to the tellers , this is basic customer service And if the line is over 20 people waiting can you open another window? Because two tellers is not cutting it , especially when they are too busy gabbing to each other. Other than this , no complaints ..Plenty of parking in the back lot . And when not overly crowded , a fairly speedy visit .

Very friendly staff, they are on top of everything and even helped answer various questions when I had to move. I forgot my bank account info and they were very nice to pull it up The setting is also very professional and the building is grand

The customer service here is awful. The people who work there are rude and slow. Security is lax. They'll give information to anyone who goes to deposit money in your account. I had to make a formal complaint to Chase about the nasty attitude of one female worker who I spoke to on the phone when reporting an issue with their online banking not working. It was like talking to a street thug and all the more ridiculous because I was taking my time to report a problem probably affecting more of their customers. On another occasion, I had finished taking cash from the ATM and was organizing my wallet when my cell phone rang. I began having a quiet conversation in the foyer (not actually in the bank, just in the entryway) and one of the staff at a desk inside spotted me, came up to me and started trying to sell me a loan or mortgage or something. I indicated politely that I was having a conversation while juggling envelopes, etc, but the awkwardly nervous-looking guy didn't stop trying to hand me a bunch of flyers, so I just left. It was only a fraction more tolerable when it was a WaMu bank. Then Chase took it over and raised the fees, so there's no reason to put up with this kind of idiotic treatment when you can get free checking elsewhere. Note: I accidentally posted this review on the Chase on Hempstead Tpke. in Franklin Sq. page by mistake. This is the branch I meant.
