Probably the slowest customer service TD in the east coast. 20 minutes on line with 2 people in front of you. This Place needs to figure their stuff out before I take my account to Chase.

How does a bank not fix a broken drive up ATM for over a week?? Also why in the world would you not allow cash deposits in the ATM, what purpose does that serve? The whole point of the ATM is ease and efficiency, having to now go back to the bank a 3rd just to see a teller is waste of my time!!

The people I worked with were very friendly. We were working with Andre Aliance and he was incredibly nice to us as we set up a checking account for my son. He was very patient and was willing to explain anything and answer any questions we had. He taught my son how his checking account worked and gave demonstrations and insightful information.

BEWARE using the drive thru ATM. There is 100% a skimming device on the machine at this time. Immediately after using it $400 in fraudulent charges were made on my account and another $2,000 transaction which luckily was declined. (1 star for that reason only, the staff are courteous and professional)

TD bank provides the worst banking experience possible. Lisa, the manager is useless, not knowing answer to simple questions. Regarding home equity loan, you cannot go online and make a payment. UNBELEIVABLE !!! Dinosaur in the online banking industry.

This is the worst TD Bank branch I ever went in NY. Most of the staff not treating to the customers well including the Manager. They rejected to notarized the my spouse's signature because I am a customer in different TD bank branch and my wife is not a TD Customer, also made a mistake in counting $$$$ . I only go there for ATM but human .

The only bank that has remained closed since march with only the drive thru open with limited hours . One person working drive thru and long lines which averaged 1 hr long . Took advantage of covid19 with keeping banks closed and limited drive thru hours while all other banks openned to public with masks & social distance . Would not recommend the bank and plan on closing my accounts .
